Jonathan A. Alderman is managing partner at the Anderson, Walker & Reichert, LLP, in Macon, Georgia. Estate planning, estate administration, will and trust drafting, contract and prenuptial agreement drafting, adoption, incorporation, business guidance, and charitable organization representation are all within Mr. Alderman's scope of practice. He has also handled cases involving commercial/contract law, real estate, insurance defense, and personal injury. Born in Evansville, Indiana, Jonathan spent his formative years in Cochran, Georgia, where his father served as president of Middle Georgia College and his grandfather, Lucian A. Whipple, practiced law for 75 years before retiring at age 97. In 1981, he graduated with an associate's degree from Middle Georgia College, and in 1983, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia with highest honors and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. In 1986, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia with honors, and he started working with Anderson, Walker & Reichert in 1986. Mr. Alderman married a Georgia educator; Amy Holland, formerly of Dexter, GA who spent the past four decades instructing students in Jones, Twiggs, Ben Hill, Walton, Baldwin, Bibb and Clarke counties. His daughter Kim works as a nurse practitioner in Columbus, Georgia.

David Niebauer is an attorney with over 25 years of domestic and international corporate finance experience, with a particular focus on technology companies and intellectual property. He works with companies at all stages from start-up through seed and VC/private equity funding, IPO, mergers and acquisitions. David received his B.A. from the State University of New York, magna cum laude, his Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Journal of International Law.

Christopher J. Finley is the Managing Attorney at Finley Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust dispute law. Chris is motivated by the proactive nature of estate planning and utilizes strategies to bring peace of mind to his clients and prevent court action. His former practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law, contract law, collections, and business organization and administration. He has extensive experience as support for complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including claims in such areas as civil RICO, fraud and fraudulent transfer, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Timothy attended the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine, earning his Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney for the Refugee & Human Rights Clinic and expanded his legal experience through roles with the U.S. Embassy in the United Kingdom, the Bureau of Economic & Business Affairs, the Consulate General of Ireland, and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. His academic foundation began at the University of California – Santa Cruz, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics. Today, he uses this background to guide clients in matters involving business formation and contract work, bringing both legal insight and practical understanding to owners, entrepreneurs, and executives. Before founding the Cameron Law Center, LLC, Timothy served as in-house counsel for a healthcare management services organization supporting one of the largest privately held chiropractic clinic groups in the country. His work included preparing purchase agreements and related documentation for multimillion-dollar acquisitions, advising C-Suite leaders on organizational growth, and negotiating and drafting vendor agreements, commercial leases, physician contracts, and restrictive covenant documents. This experience shapes his current work with families navigating divorce, parental rights, and adoptions. Timothy is licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. As a partner in the firm, Brent specializes in representing employees in wrongful termination cases. He has worked exclusively in the area of employment litigation since he began practicing law in 1998. Through the years, Brent has successfully represented hundreds of plaintiffs in employment-related litigation, obtaining significant settlements and jury verdicts against Fortune 500 companies, large government entities, as well as small and medium-sized employers. Since he joined forces with Gary Carlin to launch the firm in July of 2004, he has been lead trial counsel in employment cases that generated more than $7 million dollars for his clients. In 1994, he went on to earn a bachelor's degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he graduated with honors. After college, Brent followed through with his ambition of becoming a lawyer, enrolling at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned his law degree in 1997. It was in law school that Brent decided that representing individuals, particularly those who have been wronged, was much more rewarding than defending corporations.
