Donald is orginally from Chicago, Illinois. He is 2003 graduate of Mississippi State University (MSU). He received his Masters in Public Policy Administration from MSU in 2005, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2009. Donald's practice areas are criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, DWIs and other motor vehicle violations. Donald is also contract public defender for the state of Connecticut, where he handles child support contempt defense and modifications. He also has experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls. He is admitted to practice before the Connecticut state courts as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and Connecticut's Bankruptcy Courts. Donald is a member of the Cawford Bar Association, and Connecticut Bar Association. Donald's hybrid barbershop/ law office, "Legal Cuts" has been featured by several news organizations including the Connecticut Law Tribune, NPR (radio), The American Bar Association, and The New Britain Herald.

Ari R. Karpf is a zealous trial advocate concentrating his practice in all facets of employment and labor law, including, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, union avoidance, unemployment compensation, Warn Act violations, and on a select basis, criminal matters. Mr. Karpf graduated summa cum laude from International College of Fort Myers, Florida, finishing first in his class. He graduated magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he was awarded the President's Achievement Award, honors for outstanding advancement of the Thomas Cooley Law Journal, was recognized as a distinguished appeals magistrate, and received several certificates of merit for outstanding scholastic performance. Mr. Karpf is a member of the bars of state courts in Pennsylvania, the state courts in New Jersey, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Although Mr. Karpf focuses primarily on employment and labor law, he also has a very strong background in complex criminal litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He takes criminal appeals, state or federal, and handles habeas corpus petitions.

Attorney Michelle Reyes, Esq. earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. She is licensed in the State of Florida, the Federal Middle District of Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Federal District of Puerto Rico. She is also an approved FINRA arbitrator. She has more than 15 years of experience in legal areas including immigration, criminal defense, family law, contracts, policy, compliance and regulations. She currently mainly practices immigration law in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Being a licensed attorney is Atty. Reyes' second career. Before law school, she worked as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 company within the financial sector in its global vendor compliance department where she was responsible for contract review and management, regulatory compliance policies, and vendor management for 7 years before she decided to attend law school. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal, the President of the International Law Society, and the Secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA). She was sponsored by the International Academy of Family Lawyers where she spent significant time in the United Kingdom (London and Leeds) and was mentored by high profile international family lawyers. She also worked in immigration law firms, participated in the criminal defense and immigration law clinics, and clerked for a local judge in Huntington, NY. She was also a merit scholar recipient, a Puerto Rico Bar Association scholarship recipient and a Kadane Fellow. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Certificate in International Studies, and Certificate in Cuban Studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL as a Bright Futures Scholar and Verizon Scholar. While in university, she studied abroad in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. During her free time, she is involved in local non-profits, including her own, 100xPR or providing services to pro bono immigration organizations. She is a mother to two boys, two rescue dogs (a white German Shepherd and a Chihuahua Dachshund), is a proud wife, is an avid reader and enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle.

Judd is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and was a member of the Psychology Honors Society. After returning home to Chicago, Judd earned his J.D. at The John Marshall Law School. Upon graduating, he worked as a staff attorney and law clerk for the Presiding Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County in Skokie. He wrote countless legal briefs for many of the Judges in the courthouse and assisted in trials ranging from contract issues to attempted murder. At his next position, he found himself in legal consulting, analyzing contracts for the merger of two of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Attention to detail was the name of the game. This helped prepare him for his next step as a Legal Advisor to the Secretary of State for Administrative Hearings. Judd represented the Secretary of State as a Legal Advisor and prosecutor every day for close to two years, totaling more than two thousand hearings. He was soon promoted to a special prosecutor position, one of only two in the entire state, conducting the more complex hearings on behalf of the State. It was at this point that Mike knew he needed Judd on his team (despite Judd's lifelong loyalty as a White Sox fan) and persuaded him to leave the Secretary of State. This is how Johnson & Goldrich, PC was formed.

D Jefferson Davis has practiced law in Central Florida since 2008, primarily in the areas of Real Property, Corporate and Civil law with an emphasis in the areas of Condominium Association Law, Homeowner Association Law, Real Estate, Foreclosure Services (Lenders Only) and Business Litigation focusing on Curative Title Services for Investors. Attorney Davis’ personalized approach provides his clients with on demand access for their legal issues. He handles all matters personally and has done so since the firm’s inception. Mr. Davis is lifelong third generation Central Florida/Winter Park resident.
