Attorney Frank Cimler is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and where he was a member of the Dean’s List, the President’s List and the honorary society of Alpha Sigma Lamda; he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s List and the Honor’s Moot Court team and where he was selected to be included in “Who’s Who of American Law Students”. Attorney Cimler also obtained an LLM degree, an advanced law degree, in Banking Law and Finance from the Morin Center for Banking Law Studies at Boston University School of Law. Among other courses, Mr. Cimler has taught entertainment law at the Massachusetts School of Law and The New England School of Law; and he has been a guest lecturer at Northeastern University and a guest lecturer at Western New England School of Law. Mr. Cimler has also appeared on various legal panels in Boston, Los Angeles and New York. Mr. Cimler began his legal career as in-house corporate counsel to Fortune 500 NYSE companies such as Compugraphic Corporation (Agfa) the world’s largest digital typesetting company and then later with Prime Computer a Massachusetts based producer of mini-computers, which later acquired Computervision Corporation in 1988, creating the 2nd largest producer of computers known as CAD/CAM systems. Attorney Cimler was later appointed assistant secretary at Computervision Corporation. Mr. Cimler has extensive blue-chip legal experience in high technology, information technology and the entertainment industry among other practice areas. His client's have ranged from Fortune 500 Companies to the television show The Bold and The Beautiful, the #1 soap opera in the world, to President Barack Obama’s inaugural poet Richard Blanco, to David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox, to Eric Williams of the Boston Celtics, to male and female models, to various members of multi-platinum rock bands e.g. Aerosmith, the J. Geils Band, The Cars, Godsmack, Motley Crue, Poison, Extreme, The Rascals, Meatloaf, The Outlaws and actors and actresses and Grammy award winning producers for artists such as Celine Dion and many, many others. Mr. Cimler has also managed artists such as the band, The Cars and Reeve Carney (star of Spiderman-The Broadway play, Showtime’s ‘Penny Dreadful’ and the Rocky Horror Picture Show). Mr. Cimler has also represented clients in the gaming world, which has led to products such as: GI Joe, Boggle and the Rolling Stones’ Voodoo Lounge, among others. In cooperation with Sir Bob Geldof, Mr. Cimler was instrumental in work which led to the 20th Anniversary Live Aid DVD, and the 2005 Live 8 concert in Barre, Ontario. In response to the Boston Marathon Bombings of 2013, Mr. Cimler was enlisted to be the TV Broadcast Producer and rights clearance attorney for The Boston Strong Concert telecast on ABC/WHEB. The concert featured dozen of artists, athletes, celebrities and comedians including Aerosmith, James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett, Carole King, New Kids on the Block, the band Boston, Extreme, The Dropkick Murphy’s, Boyz to Men, Bel Biv Devoe, country sensation Jason Aldean, the J. Geils Band, Dane Cook, Lenny Clark, Steven Wright and Poet Richard Blanco, and many, many others. The concert and telecast were conceived to raise money for the One Fund Boston, the charity created to assist and benefit the victims of the horrible Boston Marathon Bombings. Mr. Cimler was engaged by Live Nation, the nation’s largest concert promoter, to oversee the television broadcast including all of the legal requirements such as synchronized music licensing, composition clearances, artist appearances and related matters. That work led to an unprecedented 4 hour commercial free concert telethon telecast all to raise funds for the One Fund Boston. The Boston Strong Concert was the largest contributor to the One Fund and was instrumental in helping to raise $66 million dollars in 100 days. Mr. Cimler has also been a consultant to, and officer of, various publicly traded and private entities such as a fresh salsa company, record labels, publishing companies, music video broadcasters, digital encryption technology companies, adaptive finger print technology companies and celebrity rights management companies. Mr. Cimler is also a co-founder of the Rockin’ & Roastin’ Coffee company, along with Joey Kramer, the drummer from the band Aerosmith. Bob has been practicing law for twenty-nine years and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Bob attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with degrees in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He subsequently completed his legal training at the University of Maine School of Law, graduating with his law degree in May 1988. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and the First circuit Federal District Court. Bob has been a member of the SSJM team since 1988. During Bob’s first decade as a lawyer, he primarily litigated commercial, business, personal injury and family law disputes. The financial and emotional cost of the traditional litigation model to Bob’s clients has caused him to redirect his professional energy. Although Bob frequently litigates appropriate cases, he now guides clients toward a collaborative and peaceful solution to their legal problems. In the collaborative method, clients maintain control, reduce legal fees and the emotional turmoil associated with litigation, all while maintaining privacy which does not exist in the litigation model. Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world's most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). His experience at these firms provided him with invaluable insight and deal flows totaling over $3 Billion dollars worth of transaction experience. In addition to his background in corporate law, Mr. Reynolds has also had the privilege of working with one of the most successful brands in the entertainment business, Universal Music Group, where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the music and film industry as a label executive of Global Icon Media, and distribution partner of Universal Music Group. Today, Mr. Reynolds is proud to have established his own firm dedicated to helping the clients he wants to work with, who need his help, and will benefit from his experience and passion for the law.

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Austin Wallace leads the firm’s residential real estate practice. Austin represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as landlords in the drafting of leases and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions. He also handles foreclosures and other matters related to real estate finance. Further, Austin represents small business owners in business entity choice and formation and closely-held corporate transactions.

Darren VanPuymbrouck is a trial lawyer with an active nationwide trial practice. As first-chair, he has successfully tried dozens of high-profile, bet-the-company cases involving myriad issues before juries in state and federal courts around the country. Most of his cases involve complex engineering, science, medical, and financial issues and he has successfully deposed and cross-examined thousands of expert witnesses. Recently, he successfully completed a month-long jury trial as first-chair in Ocean County, New Jersey involving construction defect and professional liability issues resulting in one of the largest verdicts in that county. In the fall of 2014, he successfully tried a high-profile product-liability case that resulted in a $22 Million jury verdict, among the top 100 verdicts nationally. Mr. VanPuymbrouck recently won the dismissal of a RICO class action in the Northern District of Illinois that has been the subject of national press coverage. Mr. VanPuymbrouck has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in state and federal courts around the country, including in the Missouri Supreme Court and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. VanPuymbrouck has litigated and tried cases for well-known companies in the consumer product, pharmaceutical, medical supply, financial services, construction, professional services, electronics, food, gas and electric public utilities, chemical, and many other industries. In addition to trials, those cases have included the defense of nationwide class actions, including MDL proceedings, national litigation strategy, and the trial of bell weather case, arbitrations, and mediations. Utilizing his trial experience, Mr. VanPuymbrouck also advises and conducts investigations for domestic and international clients on risk avoidance, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. Mr. VanPuymbrouck is also an internationally recognized leader in the investigation and litigation of catastrophic fire and explosion matters about which he is a frequent nation-wide speaker. He also conducts emergency response exercises for clients in the petroleum, natural gas, electric generation and transmission, and transportation industries. He has specialized expertise in the defense of claims involving lithium-ion and polymer batteries.

A veteran attorney with years of “big firm” experience, he has opened his own law practice to fight for the justice that every man and woman deserves. He has experience in all types of litigation including complex civil litigation, civil trial practice, criminal defense, domestic matters, and a wide range of other legal issues. A former law clerk for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, he has handled cases across the state of Mississippi and in Washington D.C. With extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts, including and up to the United States Supreme Court, he has the experience, strength, and tenacity to fight for you. After graduating at the top of his class from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, Mr. Clanton served as a law clerk to the late Honorable David A. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Clanton’s prior professional experience includes tenure as a shareholder in a large, national AmLaw 200 law firm. He has also previously served as Chief Counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, where he acted as Chief Counsel advising both the Chairman and the Members of the Judiciary Committee on legislation and Congressional oversight, regulatory authority, civil and constitutional rights, Congressional authority, separation of powers, proposed constitutional amendments and oversight of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. While practicing with the law firm of Baker Donelson, he handled civil litigation in both Mississippi and Washington, D.C.
