Jim has over a decade of experience as a skilled trial attorney as well as a trusted advisor on corporate transactional matters. Sam Blink is the Founder and Managing Member of Midtown Legal. He is a member in Midtown's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Attorney Putnam C.
