Tracy Neal-Lopez is the founding member of the firm; she has wealth of trial and litigation experience, having taken numerous cases to judgment, including jury trials, bench trials and arbitration. David Shafer's practice involves business and corporate law, and related business, corporate, commercial and real estate transactions.
