D Jefferson Davis has practiced law in Central Florida since 2008, primarily in the areas of Real Property, Corporate and Civil law with an emphasis in the areas of Condominium Association Law, Homeowner Association Law, Real Estate, Foreclosure Services (Lenders Only) and Business Litigation focusing on Curative Title Services for Investors. Attorney Davis’ personalized approach provides his clients with on demand access for their legal issues. He handles all matters personally and has done so since the firm’s inception. Mr. Davis is lifelong third generation Central Florida/Winter Park resident. He is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S., 1997) where he majored in Business Administration (Finance) and Florida State University School of Law (J.D., 2000). His Bar Admissions include The Florida Bar and The U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He also holds a Florida Real Estate License, is a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund, the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section & the Condominium and Planned Development Committee.

With over 25 years of work experience in legal affairs, I am the Head of Legal at Verseon Corporation, a biotechnology company that develops novel therapeutics for challenging diseases. I hold a JD from UCLA School of Law and a BS in Applied Physics from Caltech, which gives me a unique perspective on intellectual property, corporate, and technology law. I am responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, including contracts, compliance, litigation, and patent strategy. I also advise the executive team on business development, licensing, and regulatory issues. Previously, I was the general counsel at Speech Morphing Systems, a software company that creates natural-sounding speech synthesis solutions, where I managed all legal aspects of the company's operations, products, and partnerships.I am passionate about innovation, science, and justice, and I strive to use my legal skills and knowledge to protect and advance the interests of my clients, employers, and the public.

Mr. Mullick’s first interest was in science and engineering, with work experience in aerospace and electronics. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Mullick finished his academic education with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ventura College of Law, Ventura, California. He taught Economics and Law at the University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas, Texas. He has been practicing law in San Bernardino since 1990. During the past thirty years, he has effectively served his clients with commitment and integrity, and the courts have recognized his efforts for the advancement of the law by publishing opinions from three of his cases. These opinions are widely cited as current law by well known trial attorneys and prestigious law firms alike. Mr. Mullick has pushed the envelope of law for plaintiffs in Civil Rights, Indian Law, and Native American Sovereignty cases.
