Since Jared was a child, he was taught the intricacies of personal injury law by his father, Steven. From a young age Jared wanted to help people who had been wronged and found that becoming a lawyer was the best way to do that. Unlike many law school students who do not have a goal in mind, other than to become an attorney, Jared tailored his law school experience to prepare him to represent clients at Matz Injury Law. Jared prides himself on knowing the law and how to apply it to his clients’ needs.

Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew is extremely passionate about being able to truly help people who need it the most by making insurance companies do what's right. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. While at Dixie State, he earned The Dean’s Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew’s background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. Andrew is married and has a two-year-old son. His hometown is right here in St. George, Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School before serving an LDS mission to Tampa, Florida. In his free time, Andrew enjoys the many outdoor activities Southern Utah has to offer, and he is a bit of a fantasy football enthusiast. Andrew Spainhower is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and Utah. He is affiliated with the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and The Central Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah State Courts, all Arizona state Courts, and the Federal District Courts for the District of Utah.

As a founding partner of Godbey Giardina Law Group, Michael is an advocate for insurance policyholders in disputes with their insurance company. Michael was born and raised in New Orleans, is an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman. During Hurricane Katrina, Michael assisted with search and rescue operations. Hurricane Katrina was also Michael’s first experience with an insurance company who produced fraudulent documents, underpaid, and delayed his family’s claim. Although not an attorney at the time, Michael experienced how beneficial an attorney was in recovering under the claim.

C. Randy Emory was born and raised in the small, rural town of Wilson NC. Throughout his childhood, Mr. Emory displayed many leadership qualities. In High School, Randy was President of the Student Body, also finding time to excel and letter in three sports. Ultimately, Mr. Emory decided to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his collegiate studies. While there, he continued his involvement in student government, serving on a multitude of committees. Randy also mentored children in the Big Brother Big Sister Program. He is a very proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. After graduating from UNC in 1985, Mr. Emory enrolled in law school at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. While in his studies, he also interned with State Farm Insurance company. There he was able to really grasp how Insurance Companies handled their many claims that they received on a daily basis. After completing Law School, Randy worked in the claims department at State Farm Insurance for three years. While there, he handled over three thousand auto claims, gaining valuable knowledge. In 1991, Mr. Emory was able to transfer that knowledge to an established personal injury firm in Charlotte where he worked for ten years. In 2001, Randy started the Emory Law Firm, and it has been successfully operating ever since. He has handled over 16,000 auto claims during his career. Randy remains a very active member in his community, having served as Vice Chairman of the Citizen Review Board for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. He also has taken the responsibility of helping at risk youth in his area. Mr. Emory is also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. He currently resides with his wife Tammy and two boys.​

Alex grew up in Newcastle, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. While earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, Alex interned with the Travis County Drug Court Program assisting individuals modify their driver's licenses. Alex returned to Oklahoma for law school, where he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and met his wife, Tayler. During law school, Alex earned his legal intern's license and practiced in the OU Law Criminal Clinic. He attended the OU Law Oxford program and was a student member of the Luther Bohanon Inn of Court. Alex interned for the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office. After graduating law school, Alex was hired as an Assistant District Attorney for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office, where he practiced for 5 years. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Alex prosecuted thousands of cases from beginning to end, including jury trials ranging from DUI to Murder. Alex handled the Community Sentencing Prison Diversion Program for the Cleveland County District Attorney's office, where he grew the program's participation. During his time at the District Attorney's office, Alex regularly taught courses to the Oklahoma City Police Department, Norman Police Department, and Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Alex helps people navigate the complicated and often frustrating process of dealing with insurance companies and medical providers. He uses the skills he learned and honed as a prosecutor to help victims injured by someone else to achieve justice. When insurance companies refuse to do the right thing, Alex fights for his clients and holds the insurance companies accountable. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. He is an avid traveller and scuba diver. He also enjoys hunting and fishing on his family's cattle ranch. ​Andrew A. Iacobelli is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Michigan, Texas and the Province of Ontario. Andrew is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Michigan State University, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board. Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Andrew obtained extensive experience handling complex liability cases, usually involving damages exposure of several millions of dollars. After becoming increasingly frustrated because his efforts were being used to minimize or defeat victims' claims, Andrew dedicated his career to helping ordinary people achieve justice following a serious injury. Nicolas A. Vesprini earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2000 from Oakland University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from the University of Detroit – Mercy School of Law where he served as the Executive Director of Moot Court Board, represented the law school in national moot court competition, and was an active member of the Student Bar Association Board of Governors, and a Book Award recipient. Nicolas is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Prior to joining Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C., Nicolas served as a partner at a preeminent insurance defense law firm with a focus on defense litigation in catastrophic first-party automobile claims, third-party auto negligence, personal injury, premises liability and general negligence. He represented various national clients and several major insurance carriers throughout the state of Michigan. He has tried cases in both state and federal court and has argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Robert Lantzy is a graduate of Central Michigan University and graduated cum laude from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1997. Robert is an experienced trial attorney and concentrates his practice in many areas of civil litigation, including truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, motor vehicle accidents, dog attacks, lead paint exposure and child lead poisoning, mold exposure and cases involving other general environmental contamination.
