Gary R. Jodat is the founding and managing attorney of Jodat Law Group, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University. He got his feet wet while fresh out of law school by taking a job with the Public Defender’s Office trying criminal, Juvenile and Dependency cases prior to transferring into civil litigation. He now handles primarily personal injury cases. He has been a member of The American Bar Association, The Manatee County Bar Association, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, The Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce, The Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, American Inns of Court and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Smith, a founding member of Smith, Hood, Perkins, Loucks, Stout, Bigman, Lane & Brock, P.A., has been practicing law for more than thirty-five years.  He focuses his practice in the areas of family law and criminal litigation.  Mr. Smith was Board Certified as a specialist in criminal trial law from 1987 to 1997 and is currently Board Certified as a specialist in Marital and Family law.

Joel Hamilton is a co-founder of the Schiller and Hamilton law firm and manages the operations of the statewide firm’s office in Rock Hill, SC. With 12 years of experience representing injured parties, Joel has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients in a range of cases including auto accidents, trucking accidents, mass transit accidents, civil rights violations, premises liability and medical malpractice. Joel is always in service to his community and formerly served as a York County Councilman representing District 7. In that role, he was the chair of the County’s Economic Development Committee and enjoyed working to recruit and encourage new economic opportunities in the area. Additionally, Joel is active on several boards and commissions. He is currently the Chair of the Historic Rock Hill Foundation, as well as serving on the boards of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation, York County Regional Chamber, Winthrop University Board of Trustees, and the Gravity Center Foundation. He also formerly served on the boards of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Fort Mill Economic Partners, and Christmasville in Rock Hill. However, Joel’s favorite time is the time he gets to spend with his wife of 13 years and two young daughters and enjoys taking in their Charlotte Independence Soccer games and listening to their violin lessons.

Bill is a member and partner at Boyer Law Group. He has over 20 years experience of fighting for the rights of his clients and litigation experience and primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile and motorcycle accidents, insurance disputes, including automobile, home, medical and disability insurance, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, wrongful death, and civil litigation. Daniel Schlanger is a partner at Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP, where he heads the firm's consumer practice. His practice focuses on representing victims of unfair collection tactics, predatory lending, hidden fees, auto fraud, defective products, and other marketplace injustice. The firm brings affirmative litigation (including class actions and significant individual claims) on behalf of consumers and also regularly represents consumers who have been sued on significant debts, including credit card debt, medical debt, auto loans, home loans, lines of credit, personal guarantees, etc. Dan joined Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP's predecessor firm (Schlanger & Schlanger) in 2007 after working as a staff attorney at Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where he was a member of that organization’s consumer law unit, and helped to found a program focused on wage and hour litigation on behalf of low-income workers. Prior to that, Dan clerked for the Hon. R. Lanier Anderson, III on the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. Dan received his law degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College, magna cum laude, in 1994.

Philip Bourdette is a Personal Injury - Products: Plaintiff attorney working in Visalia, California. Philip Bourdette works as an attorney at Bourdette & Partners.
