Daniel is a decorated police officer who spent 9 years in law enforcement, where he received an academic award of excellence from the Milford Police Academy, as well as the Samuel Luciano Award and the Daniel S. Wasson Award. Daniel proceeded with his education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven, Investigative Sciences, and was a Dean's Scholar Award Recipient at the Quinnipiac University School of Law. Afterward, he started Daniel A. Esposito Attorney at Law LLC.

Mr. Faulkner is an experienced counselor with 19 years of experience, having held bar licenses in four states (Mo, Il, Ct and Ga). He has litigated in state and federal courts with much success. He has also appeared in the Court of Appeal in both Missouri and Illinois. Through is efforts, he has achieved significant results for his clients, including a settlement worth $39 million dollars for the residents of Hartford, Illinois. Mr. Faulkner uses this experience and focuses his skills in the pursuit of assisting individuals in probate (trust and estate) matters, guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, business disputes and contract disputes. As a Georgia attorney, Stan manages an active case load and focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through estate planning, business counseling and probate advice. Stan is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has practiced law in Missouri, Illinois, Connecticut and Georgia. He started his practice in St. Louis and southern Illinois where he helped clients resolve difficult problems in probate, personal injury, business and contractual disputes and environmental law. Outside of the office, you can find Stan spending time with his lovely wife, twin daughters and young son, involved in various activities from cheerleading to baseball. In his free time, Stan stays active in the Crossfit community competing in local and regional events. Stan is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and enjoys watching and attending college football games in the fall.

Richard has been in private practice since 1968 and has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in his 40 plus year career. Although he no longer practices criminal law, he successfully defended two capital murder clients in back to back trials within the first year of passing the bar. Richard exclusively represents injured people, and has never represented insurance companies or corporations. He has obtained verdicts and settlements from $10 million on down.

Donald L. Bell, born on September 29, 1975, in Montgomery, Alabama, is a dedicated legal professional with a rich background rooted in commitment and service. Raised in Montgomery, Donald completed his secondary education at Carver Sr. High, graduating with top honors which reflected his early dedication to excellence. Inspired by a strong desire to serve his country, Donald enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in August 1993. His service was marked by the fundamental values of honor, courage, and commitment—principles that he embraces and integrates into his legal practice daily. During his time in the military, Donald pursued higher education, first achieving an Associate of Arts degree with honors from Campbell University in North Carolina in 1996. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, furthering his academic portfolio. After six years of distinguished service, Donald was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. His transition from military to civilian life led him to a pivotal role as a Deputy Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. It was here that he developed a deep interest in bankruptcy law, a specialty that would define much of his legal career. Donald's commitment to the legal field propelled him to attend law school at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, where he graduated in May 2003. Mr. Cooper’s practice emphasizes estate planning, trust administration, probate, Trust & Will controversies, and the representation of clients before the U.S. Tax Court, State Board of Equalization, Internal Revenue Service, and the California Franchise Tax Board in connection with federal, state and administrative tax disputes. As an undergraduate, Mr. Cooper attended California State University at Los Angeles and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. During the Vietnam War, Mr. Cooper served as a military policeman in the United States Army and was stationed in Hawaii and Thailand. He was honorably discharged and attended college on the GI Bill.

I am a Social Security disability attorney who helps people involved in Social Security disability cases as well as veteran’s disability cases. An Iowa native, I received a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College in 1996. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law graduating with distinction in 2000. I am admitted to the Iowa Bar, the Illinois Bar, the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa Federal Court, the Central District of Illinois Federal Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
