Algis Sirvaitis brings a wealth of experience in the law, having practiced in the Cleveland area since 1966. He is well versed in many areas of the law, and currently focuses his practice on the following areas: - Wills and Trusts - Probate Administration of Estates and Guardianships - Elder Law and Medicaid - Federal Taxation Algis Sirvaitis is a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, John Carroll University with a B.A. in History. He was a teacher at St. Edward’s High School and worked in the Legal Department of Juvenile Court while attending Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. in 1966.

Larry Huddleston was admitted to the Bar in 1977 and has been an estate planning attorney for more than 20 years. He was in the first class of Certified in Ohio as Specialists in Trust, Probate, and Estate Planning. He has taught estate planning in almost half the states in America to attorneys, accountants, physicians, and many others in groups from 10 to 1,000. He participates in several professional organizations from trade associations to "think tanks." He is rated "10.0 Superb" by AVVO.com and "AV Pre-eminent" by Lawyers.Com/Martindale-Hubbell. He is enthusiastic about his work and intends to keep at it for many years. Larry (or "C L" to his close friends) carries a single-digit golf handicap at Scioto Country Club, is a passable fly fisherman, an active pilot ("Air Gramps" to his grandsons), still enters ski races occasionally and sings bass in the Upper Arlington Lutheran Church choir. He is a graduate of Portsmouth (Ohio) High School, Muskingum College, and Capital University School of Law. Prior to starting his estate planning career, he was a general practice attorney, litigator, financial regulator, expert witness in "banker misbehavior" cases, and a financial institutions merger and acquisitions consultant. He lives in Upper Arlington with Debbie, his patient wife of 40 years. They have two grown daughters and two grandsons.

Jerrold E. Slutzky, J.D., CFP® is a Florida-licensed Attorney at Law and owner of The Slutzky Law Firm, which focuses primarily on Estate Planning Services (wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care surrogate designations, living wills, probate, etc.) and Small Business Legal Services (start-ups, buy-sell agreements, drafting of legal documents, contract negotiations, and general business law, counseling, and advice. Mr. Slutzky received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois (Champaign/Urbana), and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. In 1977, Jerry obtained his Illinois law license and opened his own law firm in Chicago, which focused on small business law and family financial matters such as estate, retirement, and tax planning, as well as many other areas of the law. In 1988, he and his family decided to move away from the Chicago winters to the Florida sunshine. He placed his Illinois law license on inactive status, and pursued a career in the financial services industry in Tampa for over 20 years, and in that capacity, he obtained his Series 7 (General Securities), Series 63 (Uniform State Exam), Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative), and Florida insurance licenses (Life, Variable Life, and Health). In addition, in 1999, Jerry obtained his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM). Although he had previously retired from the practice of law in Illinois, he yearned to be able to use all of his knowledge and experience, both in legal as well as financial matters to better serve the needs of his clients. Inspired by his father, who practiced law until he was 96 years of age, Jerry decided to resume the practice of law in Florida in 2012. He limits his legal practice to matters pertaining to estate planning, small business law, and general legal counsel and advice. In addition, with the combination of over 40 years experience in the legal and investment arenas, he also serves as an arbitrator in adjudicating investor disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. Attorney Lisa MacCarley is well-versed in all aspects of the California probate code: probate, guardianships, conservatorships and estate planning. She also has extensive experience working with clients through the elder law issues they or their loved ones face, and is talented at mediation in the face of conflict. Lisa attended Loyola Law School and was admitted to practice law in California in 1993. A former New York state resident, she attended State University of New York College (SUNY), Cortland. After visiting Los Angeles to thaw out after four long years in the arctic tundra of upstate New York, Lisa fell in love with the City of Angels and has lived here ever since. Lisa MacCarley worked as a law clerk in 1990, and by 1997 had established her practice in Glendale as an estate and probate lawyer. Lisa planned on working in the area of elder law, conservatorships, and probate from the day she started law school. She correctly anticipated that there would be a growing need for legal services by and for our aging population in California. After more than 25 years of helping individuals and families throughout Southern California, Lisa is very experienced with dealing with the challenges of aging, adult incompetency, and loss.

Paul Winter specializes in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, real estate, and business planning for individuals, and closely held businesses. He has worked on thousands of estate plans and hundreds of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate transactions. He also does Medicaid planning. Before co-founding the firm, he worked for large law firms in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Louisiana, and is a former adjunct professor for the Masters of Taxation program at Walsh College in the Detroit area. Paul enjoys playing golf, tennis, power boating, and rowing. In 2015 he founded the Spring Lake Crew Club and serves as the Director of Rowing for Spring Lake and Grand Haven High School and Middle School teams. His son rowed at GVSU his freshman year in the Men’s Novice 8, which went to the finals of the American College Championships in 2019. His daughter also rowed and played varsity tennis for Spring Lake High School.
