Lia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, from San Diego State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Knowing she wanted to practice Family Law, Lia went on to receive her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, with a concentration in Child, Family, and Elder Law and graduated Cum Laude. During law school, along with maintaining her grades, and playing Semi-Professional basketball, Lia completed various family law internships at the Family Law Facilitator’s Office, YWCA of San Diego, and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Lia also worked for several local Certified Family Law Specialists at prestigious San Diego County law firms, as well as for the Family Law Judges and Commissioners in the North County Court. Lia has experience handling various family law issues, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and visitation, move-away requests, child support, spousal support, property, and asset division, and domestic violence restraining orders. In her free time, Lia enjoys spending time wither her loved ones, playing basketball, and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Michael DegliObizzi is a criminal defense attorney with an office based out of Wilmington, Delaware. He is a former criminal prosecutor and supervising attorney at the Delaware Department of Justice. Michael is a seasoned trial attorney, having tried over 75 cases to verdict in the Justice of the Peace Courts, Court of Common Pleas, and Superior Court. He handles all types of criminal matters including traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony level offenses (assaults, drugs, firearm, etc.), Driving Under the Influence cases, Domestic Violence cases, juvenile offenses, violations of probation, expungements and pardons, and preliminary hearings. Michael graduated from Duke University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in History and a certificate in Markets and Management Studies. He was a varsity letter winner for Duke's Division I wrestling team and was honored as a National Wrestling Coaches Association Academic All American in 2008, as well as an Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Honor Roll member in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Michael then attended law school at Villanova University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2012. He then successfully passed the Delaware Bar Exam and began his legal career in the Criminal Division at the Delaware Department of Justice where he prosecuted misdemeanor criminal offenses in the Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Courts. He primarily focused on DUI cases and was the lead attorney responsible for running the Court of Common Pleas’ Mental Health Court on behalf of the State. He progressed in his duties to handling complex felony cases including financial related crimes, Burglary, Robbery, Drug Dealing, and weapon/firearm related offenses. Additionally, Michael has successfully prosecuted several homicide and gang participation cases. In 2016, Michael was promoted to be the Assistant Unit Head of the Misdemeanor Trial Unit where he supervised all new criminal Deputy Attorneys General as they entered the office. He was responsible for teaching new prosecutors how to handle a caseload and take a case to trial. As part of his duties, he reviewed every misdemeanor DUI arrest in New Castle County to determine the appropriate plea offer. Michael is certified in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. He has led numerous DUI trainings for both law enforcement officers and attorneys. In 2018, Michael was promoted to Unit Head of the Domestic Violence Unit. He supervised a team of Deputy Attorneys General, paralegals, administrative specialists, and social workers that handled misdemeanor and felony domestic violence, child abuse, and elder abuse cases. He was the Attorney General’s designee on the Fatal Incident Review Team, the Victim Services Advisory Committee, and the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council committees. While in law school, Michael served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Myron T. Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court. He also interned at the law firm of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A.

Charlie Henke is the founding partner of Henke Law Firm, LLP, the predecessor to Henke, Williams & Boll, LLP. The firm was founded in 1992. Daniel was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas, and he holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from the University of Texas at El Paso. Daniel holds a double certification in Healthcare Compliance and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional. Daniel manages the Law Office of Daniel R. Crumby, LLC, where he focuses on complex litigation and business law including white-collar defense; defense of corporate, and individual clients in state and federal courts around the country; medical malpractice; nursing home and elder abuse; healthcare compliance and investigations; personal injury, and criminal law. Prior to starting his practice, Daniel worked at a mid-sized law firm in Atlanta, and he specialized in criminal and civil healthcare-related white-collar cases, medical malpractice, healthcare compliance, internal investigations, and defending insurance companies and their insurers in complex cases, including lawsuits filed against skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Immediately prior to working at a civil defense firm, Daniel defended the United States and its agencies in federal and state courts, and he served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Georgia and the Western District of Texas. As a federal prosecutor, Daniel directed and prosecuted numerous cases including healthcare fraud, bank fraud, procurement fraud, mortgage fraud, wire fraud, theft of government funds, drugs and alien smuggling, child exploitation, human and sex trafficking, and other criminal violations. In 2014, Daniel received a Commendation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Director, James B. Comey. Daniel previously served in the United States Army as military police and as a Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) officer in a variety of assignments before resigning his commission as a Captain. The Army twice awarded Daniel the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, and the Fort Bliss Ambassador Award, among others, for his military service.
