Phil was a U.S. Army Scholarship recipient. Upon graduation from VMI, Phil was named Distinguished Military Graduate “on the basis of high scholarship, evidence of high moral character, military aptitude, and demonstrated leadership ability.” Phil served as an Army officer for eight years. He received the National Defense Service Medal (Desert Shield/Desert Storm) for his active duty service during the Persian Gulf War.

Vincent P. Martin heads the Immigration Practice Group at Martin Law. Attorney Bruce S. Rosenwater was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a veteran attorney, having assisted Floridians for more than 30 years. Bruce founded and developed his law firm as a law firm for life. Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Upon graduation from Cumberland, he was honored with a Certificate of Trial Advocacy and has since maintained a substantial litigation practice in both Tennessee and Alabama. His practice includes personal injury, family law, and general litigation. He was recently listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 general civil and family mediator.

Liam J. Duffy practices in the areas of Divorce, Support, Child Custody, Equitable Distribution, Protection from Abuse, Civil Litigation, Business Law and Landlord-Tenant Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Liam is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Bucks County Bar Association. For 2017, 2018, and 2019, Liam was awarded the SuperLawyers Rising Star Designation, which is reserved for 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania. He was also awarded the 2019 Top 10 under 40 Award. In his free time, Liam enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, exercising at a local gym, and spending time with his family.

In 2017 Kelly Simon became associated with Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1997, she received her Associate Degree from Okaloosa Walton Community College and then her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and immediately took a position with the State Attorney’s Office in Pensacola. After working as an Assistant State Attorney for three years, she went on to represent children on behalf of the State of Florida at the Department of Children and Families. After almost 10 years practicing dependency litigation, she has joined the firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly’s practice at Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. includes personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. When Kelly is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. Scott was born and raised in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in upstate New York. He them attended and received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. His career began shortly thereafter working as an associate attorney at a mid-size firm named Wingate, Kearney and Cullen concentrating mainly on real property, title and banking law. Scott then relocated to Southwest Florida in 2006 and went to work as an associate with Burkard Law Firm in Fort Myers. At Burkard he expanded his practice areas to include family, probate, wills, contracts and business law. In 2009, Scott opened Faden Law Firm where he ran a general civil litigation firm practicing in all of those areas. Finally, in February of this year, Scott partnered up with Barbara Cossu and created Faden & Cossu, PA, where they will continue to represent your needs in the legal areas of: family law, real estate, probate wills and estate planning, business, contracts and civil litigation.

Orlando Attorney Gwen J. Cryer has been representing clients throughout the Central Florida area since 2003.
