Attorney Jenna R. DeMartino is an Associate at Needle | Cuda, concentrating on matrimonial and family law in Connecticut, with a focus on complex family dynamics, particularly custody-related issues. Before joining Needle | Cuda, Attorney DeMartino worked at a New Haven County law firm, where she managed high-conflict divorce and custody cases. My grandfather, Carlos Cadena, argued several times before the United States Supreme Court and my mother, Mary Elizabeth Galvan, is a prominent attorney in Laramie, Wyoming. After graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law, I worked for a large downtown Denver family law firm, where I gained experience handling divorces and marital estates comprising millions of dollars in assets. I learned early on that Family law requires a special touch. I use a balanced approach, treading lightly tender emotions, but pressing aggressively when necessary. Bill Van Horn has been serving the people of Colorado for decades. He was raised on a farm in Iowa, before coming to Colorado to enter the Air Force Academy as a young cadet at age 17. After graduating from the Air Force Academy in 1974, he then flew as an electronic warfare officer on the B-52 nuclear bomber in Guam and the RC-135S Cobra Ball spy plane in Alaska. He was awarded the Airman’s Medal, the highest award given by the Air Force for peacetime heroism, for rescuing fellow flyers from their aircraft when it crashed and burned. He has flown missions that took him up close and personal to the borders of North Korea and the Soviet Empire. Bill returned to Colorado after years in active duty for the Air Force to earn a law degree from The University of Denver Law School, while he continued to serve our country by joining the Air Force Reserve, and flew for 20 years on the C-130 Lockheed Hercules with combat flying time in three United States conflicts. Bill graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in International Affairs in 1974 and from the Air War College in 1998. After serving in the Air Force, Bill returned to the University of Denver and graduated in 1987 with a J.D. While in law school, Bill served as the Managing Editor of the Transportation Law Journal for 1986-1987. During Bill’s early law career he clerked for a Federal Judge and was a former Senior Litigation Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice. Bill moved into the area of family law and is recognized as a prominent and highly respected professional in his field. Bill and his wife Penni have five adult children, four daughters-in-love, and five grandchildren. Bill has attended a Tuesday Sunrise Bible Study for several decades, loves to hike with his lab, Coal, stay informed about the community and national issues, and play with the “Grands.” Bill and Penni attend Red Rocks Church.

Attorney Ryan T. Fasso was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002 after having attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Fasso now concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. He also handles quiet title actions. Prior to, he began his legal career as Dependency Attorney with the Circuit 10 | Florida Department of Children and Families. He gained immediate courtroom experience after having conducted numerous adjudicatory bench trials amidst the most controversial of cases. Thereafter, Mr. Fasso continued his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Polk County State Attorney’s Office. During his tenure there, he quickly excelled from County Prosecutor to Senior Felony Prosecutor. He furthered his courtroom experience by routinely prosecuting felony cases and arguing many jury trials. He often prosecuted DUI’s, Drug Crimes, White Collar Crimes, Violent Crimes, and Fraud Cases. In late 2004, Mr. Fasso entered the private sector and joined forces with a major Tampa-based law firm. There, he focused his practice on criminal law, personal injury, and worker’s compensation. In short order, he was named partner and managed a steady caseload of diverse areas of law. He also handled both civil and criminal appeals. In 2006, he received his first written decision from the 2nd District Court of Appeals. Mr. Fasso now manages his own law practice and maintains a diversified caseload. He provides legal services in the greater Tampa Bay Area and in all surrounding counties. His mission is simple – “To find the truth and use it in the courtroom to get justice for his clients.”

Tonya handles all aspects of family law- divorce, dissolution, separation, custody and support. She has extensive experience with each element from negotiations to litigation. Tonya has completed the training for and has been on the appointment list as a guardian ad litem in Hamilton and Clermont Counties. She has over sixty hours of training in mediation services, with an emphasis on family/divorce law. In addition to family law, Tonya provides estate planning services and represents individuals seeking Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief. MILITARY: Tonya has been a member of the Kentucky National Guard since 2001. For the first seven years she worked as a military police officer, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq where she was awarded several medals including a Purple Heart. In 2008, she commissioned as a Signal Officer and spent the next seven years in service to the 149th Brigade as a platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander. Tonya was a Judge Advocate, serving as trial counsel for the Kentucky National Guard, and is currently the Cyber Law Chief for the Kentucky National Guard. PERSONAL: Tonya is married and lives in Northern Kentucky with their six children.

Gary. Port has been recognized by the New York Law Journal in 2016, in “Those Who Lead, Pro Bono Category.” He was also honored in 2016 by the Center for Children, Families and the Law, and the Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy. In 2016 he was also honored by Angel for Warriors for his Pro Bono work for Veterans. Mr. Port is former Assistant Professor at the Maurice Deane School of Law, Hofstra University where he established the well regarded Veteran’s Law Clinic. He has also been named Chairman of the Nassau County Bar Association Veterans’ Law Committee. Mr. Port heads the Divorce and Family Law group. His practice focuses on divorce, custody, support and family law related matters. He also practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, as there is often an overlap with commercial law and the division of property in divorce. As a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Mr. Port also heads the Military Law/Veterans Rights section, working to get discharge upgrades and representing service members and veterans in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as at Courts-Martial. In recognition for his achievements in the military and for veterans, Mr. Port was named the United States Army Reserve Ambassador for New York. In this position he provides advice to the Commander of the Army Reserve, advocates for reservists with elective officials and business leaders, and is the gatekeeper for the Army Reserve Minuteman College Scholarship. He has appeared in New York State Court and in New York Federal District Courts. Mr. Port is also recognized for his knowledge of military retirement pay and benefits as they relate to divorce and has delivered classes to other attorneys in New York and Pennsylvania. Mr. Port graduated law school in 1986 and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army later that year. He served on active duty and as a reserve officer until January 1, 2015, when he retired a the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Port served in various positions and ended his career as the legal advisor (Staff Judge Advocate) to the Commanding General of the much storied 78th Training Division. He was twice awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, three times awarded the Army Commendation Medal and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal. Mr. Port served in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office from 1990 to 1993 where he prosecuted major crimes. He left for private practice in 1993, working at two law firms until founding his own practice in 2002. He is currently the Commander of American Legion Post #81, Franklin Bell.
