Ms. El Fadel is a Junior Partner with KS Attorneys at law and currently heads up our Firm’s business development, business structuring, business funding and commercial civil trial departments. As such, Ms. El Fadel is experienced in most all areas of commercial business development, commercial civil trial and appellate representation and is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey. Ms. El Fadel’s educational accolades range from graduating summa cum laude from the Shepard Board Law School at Nova Southeastern University to serving as the past Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review, to serving as the Chairperson for Problem Research and Development committee for the law schools moot court program. Upon entering into the practice of law with our Firm, Ms. El Fadel quickly distinguished herself as a respected and tenacious trial advocate for our clients and most recently is noted for overturning a local government ordinance through her thorough and effective constitutional law representation of one of our Firm’s clients. Accordingly, Ms. El Fadel’s primary focuses of practice are business representation, complex commercial trial, mediation and arbitration, corporate finance and structuring, corporate funding and banking, finance, corporate disputes, employment discrimination, real property litigation and insurance disputes, medical office operations, policies and organization, medical collections and insurance billing disputes, medical PIP claims and litigation, foreclosure defense and pre-bankruptcy planning as asset structuring, family law, divorce and pre and post estate litigation. On her personal time Ms. El Fadel enjoy spending time with her family, reading the latest bestselling novels and participating in community events and hot yoga. Ms. El Fadel is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and New Jersey in addition to being a licensed attorney to practice before the Federal Courts of the Middle and Southern District Courts in Florida.

David R. Cardamone, Esq. focuses his legal practice on family law, real estate, and estate planning, administration and litigation. Dave’s approach to each case is to first learn his client’s needs and goals before seeking to craft an efficient, cost-effective strategy for obtaining a desirable outcome. He approaches each case with the mindset that by seeking win/win, creative solutions expensive litigation can be avoided, while understanding that he must prepare each file on behalf of his client as if the case will proceed to trial. Because each matter is unique, Dave’s approach to each case is unique. He is not just your attorney/mediator, and you are not just his client; rather, he is your partner in navigating through one of the most stressful times of your life. In handling his transactional files, Dave’s focus is to ensure that his client feel knowledgeable about the process and, most importantly, to remain readily available to them to make the process proceed efficiently.

Wesley Todd originally joined the firm as an intern in 2008. He has been a shareholder of the firm since 2020. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated from Albion College in 2006 with a major in political science. While at Albion, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, national service fraternity, Habitat for Humanity and the Varsity Tennis Team. Wesley was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend Michigan State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2010. After earning his Juris Doctorate, he established his private solo law practice in his hometown of Kalamazoo from 2011 to 2014. After this period Wesley joined Vandervoort Christ and Fisher, practicing there for over six years. Subsequently Wesley re-joined the firm in 2020. Wesley primarily specializes in Criminal and Family Law, as well as civil litigation. He has experience in a plethora of areas from divorce and custody hearings to criminal matters and Bankruptcy. He has presented cases in all counties of West Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Wesley participates in activities with All Species Kinship and is a vintage car and sports enthusiast. Wesley is a member of the Kalamazoo County Bar Association and Calhoun County Bar Association (President 2019-2020). Wesley’s passion for law stems from an intrinsic motivation to provide justice for all people.

Teresa Glascoe is a family law attorney at Bryan Fagan, PLLC. Becoming a lawyer has been a life-long dream, and she is passionate in providing her clients with the representation they deserve. She practices exclusively in the area of family law, assisting her clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, child custody, and child support. She promotes settlement through mediation when it is possible, as it allows her client to have input in the final order, but is ready to proceed to trial when it is best for those she represents. Teresa is an avid Harry Potter fan (Ravenclaw House, in case you’re wondering!) who loves to engage in bake-offs with her mother. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

From his Orlando, Florida, law firm, Matthew L. Cersine represents clients in the Orlando community in family law, divorce and child custody cases. While he is a capable litigator, he is also a skilled mediator, having conducted the Supreme Court of Florida's mediation training for three years as well as having served as a mediator for Orange County's Dispute Resolution Center from 2005 to 2007. In addition to handling family law cases, Mr. Cersine handles cases involving international law, business law, foreclosure, debt collection, landlord-tenant disputes, probate matters and real estate. He prides himself on giving personal attention to his clients. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as in the U.S. Tax Court. As an attorney with a track record of achieving effective resolutions in a variety of cases, Mr. Cersine is recognized for his knowledge in the legal field and his background in mediation matters. He also taught classes from 2006 to 2010 on foreign business practices for EXIM Bancorporation, a company that focuses on business development. He has represented clients and corporations both large and small in a number of industries, including companies such as Luxury Vienna, Global Beratung and Megatrend University USA. Mr. Cersine is also involved in related, although separate, businesses as an independent mediator and a consultant, and he was an adjunct professor for three years at Barry University School of Law. Mr. Cersine gives back to the community through his pro bono involvement as an Orange County mediator, offering free mediation for citizen disagreements and family law matters and encouraging a fair resolution without a trial. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.

Attorney Duane L. Coker is an attorney and the founding shareholder of Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers, a boutique law firm focusing on family law. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law, as well as a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and is a certified Ad Litem by the State Bar of Texas.

For the first half of her career, Debra Whitson was a prosecutor, and she spent the latter half specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law. She is an experienced mediator and collaborative divorce practitioner as well as a recognized expert in working with victims of domestic violence. Debra believes that legal battles are more harmful to families than helpful, and is passionate about helping people find ways to make their own decisions for their families, rather than leaving their outcomes in the hands of a stranger in a black robe. When court is unavoidable, Debra aims to educate and support people to make the legal process less costly, scary, uncertain, and stressful.

Trey is a native to Houston, raised in Spring, Texas. He moved to Austin to begin his college career but soon returned to further his education and begin his career as an attorney. Trey has a passion for family law and helping families, especially those who have children. He enjoys assisting families as they navigate through the waters of divorce and the change it can bring. He tries to help his clients transition into their new situations in life in the most positive and healthiest way possible. In his spare time, Trey enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
