My name is Attorney Wm. Bradley Kellogg (Brad). I am an experienced matrimonial and family lawyer and divorce mediator, and practice law and divorce mediation in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires. In all of his cases, Mr. Kaas is committed to ensuring that his clients fully understand the legal process and providing his clients with the counsel, information, and resources they need to feel comfortable with the process and to make the best decisions for them.

After graduating from Marian University in Indianapolis, Troy attended the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. While there, he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing effective oral advocacy and legal writing skills. He was also a semi-finalist in the Robert H. Staton Moot Court competition, held annually at I.U. McKinney School of Law. Troy interned with Indianapolis-based Thomas Law Firm, P.C., gaining valuable experience in several areas of practice. Troy is admitted to practice law in Indiana, as well as the United States District Court of Northern Indiana, and the United States District Court of Southern Indiana. Troy is a member of several civic and faith-based service organizations, and is an active member of the Indianapolis volunteer community. He is a participant in pro bono advocacy through the Indianapolis Bar Association, and also participates in the IBA’s pro bono hospice program. Troy also serves on the board of directors of several organizations, including J.L. Tyson Ministries (religious outreach), Family Promise of Indiana (homelessness prevention), and Grace Leadership Academy (education). He resides in Greenwood with his wife, Bianca.

Adriana Estevez is an immigration attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex legal processes with skill and care. She brings over a decade of legal training and advocacy to her practice, helping clients navigate matters that often carry life-changing consequences. Adriana earned her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. (2013), where she also received several fellowships for her commitment to public interest work, including recognition from the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C. and Equal Justice America. She completed her undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, earning a B.A. in International Affairs and Philosophy with a minor in Political Science (2009). She is admitted to practice law in Virginia and is an active member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Her work and professional achievements have been recognized nationally. She has been named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars since 2020, selected as an Elite Lawyer since 2024, and honored as a Marquis Who’s Who listee in 2025. With her background in immigration law and dedication to serving the community, Adriana combines legal knowledge with compassion, ensuring her clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Rich J. Peters is a proud native of Phoenix, Arizona. As the owner of R.J. Peters & Assoc., P.C., his firm operates less than one mile from the hospital he was born at. Rich has limited his legal practice to Family Law since 1992. He was sworn in by the State Bar of Arizona on October 25, 1992, just a few days after his 25th birthday. Rich often brags that he was the youngest lawyer in the state when he was sworn in, but this is truly just a guess. Rich has owned R.J. Peters & Assoc. Since 2005. Prior to that, he worked for two very prominent Family Law firms in Glendale and Phoenix. While not every case needs to go to Court, Rich does enjoy being in the Courtroom and considers that one of his greatest skills. Although being born and raised in Phoenix, Rich did move around a bit during his youth, spending time in Spain, Houston, and South Africa. In 1989 he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Business. In 1992 he graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Juris Doctor. He immediately returned home to Phoenix after law school. Four of Rich’s five children have graduated from Arizona Universities, and his youngest is graduating in May 2020. He and his wife Jennifer enjoy their time traveling and boating.

Marc graduated Suma Cum Laude from Arizona Summit Law School where he was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future awards in Family Law, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Tort Law, and Antitrust Law. He is most comfortable in the courtroom, acting as an unyielding advocate for his clients. Outside court, Marc prides himself on being to provide direct and knowledgeable advice to his clients, especially in legally and factually complex matters, so that they are able to make informed decisions about their case and appropriately weigh their options. However, when Marc isn’t busy eviscerating an opposing party on cross-examination or planning his strategy from the trenches, he is enjoying an otherwise calm life with his wife and two children.
