Ms. Cosner is the head of the firm’s elder law, medicaid, estate planning and family law practice areas. Partner Marc D. Youngelson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Youngelson was Of Counsel to Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and was associated with Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Jonathan Breeden is a successful family law lawyer in Garner, North Carolina. He graduated from NC State with a political science degree in just three years, and went on to spend time working in the North Carolina General Assembly and learning the inner workings of government before attending Campbell University School of Law. He chose Campbell because of the practical legal education offered, including courses in how to practice in North Carolina district courts, where the bulk of legal business is conducted, and how to start a law practice. While in law school, he interned with the District Attorney offices in Scotland and Hoke counties, where he gained valuable experience in how criminal cases are handled. He also studied law abroad in London, England through a summer program and learned the value of living and studying in another country and culture. Mr. Bartholomew, a native of Elk Grove, California, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of California, Davis, in 1968 and his Juris Doctor in 1971 from the same institution. Formerly a partner for 15 years with the law firm of Desmond, Miller, Desmond & Bartholomew, he co-founded the firm of Bartholomew & Wasznicky in 1989. He is a retired captain in the United States Army Reserve and is a licensed real estate broker. In addition to membership in the California Bar, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Claims. Mr. Bartholomew is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, as well as the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and is certified by the State Bar of California as a Family Law Specialist.

Michael Fischer is a licensed California attorney licensed to practice in both state and federal court. Mr. Fischer has handled hundreds of contested and uncontested family law matters.
