I earned my law degree and passed the bar in 1995. I immediately began my practice in personal injury trial law with Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. as a trail attorney. Anna Nika was admitted to the Texas Bar in May, 2005, after graduating from the Baylor University School of Law. She attended Dartmouth College, in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in history. For more than 18 years, Anna Nika has protected the rights of women and men in family law and divorce matters. She also handles tax disputes. Before entering private practice, she served as an assistant district attorney in Cameron County, Texas, where she honed her trial skills handling criminal matters. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, she moved permanently to Texas in 2002. She has practiced extensively in North-Central Texas, representing clients in Harris County, Bexar County, Travis County and throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Anna is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and is currently working toward her board certification in family law. She has considerable trial experience, handling a wide range of divorce and family law disputes. She also advocates for clients in matters involving Child Protective Services. Fred A. Dunsing attended law school after employment in the E&C, software, and manufacturing industries. He attended school at night while working full-time during the day. Even though he attended school at night, he managed to gain a significant amount of client representation and trial experience through the Student Law Office operated by the University of Denver and sanctioned under Colorado law.{newline}{newline}After graduation, Fred practiced mainly in the areas of business organizations, criminal defense, civil litigation and family law. Fred currently maintains a litigation practice and limits that practice to family law, which he has done for nearly 20 years. Ian, a family lawyer in Jacksonville Fl, was born in Annapolis, Maryland and has called Jacksonville home for most of his life. A 2001 graduate of Florida State University, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and Phi Alpha Delta fraternities. Ian is a Master member of the prestigious Florida Family Law American Inn of Court and has previously served as an executive committee member. Ian is admitted to practice law in the United States Middle and Northern District Courts. Ian is proud to have opened his own family law firm where he has successfully handled the dissolution of marriage, paternity, dependency, injunction and domestic violence cases. He, his wife, and two children reside in Jacksonville Beach where they enjoy spending time at the beach.

Keith Spencer is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law. That Board Certification mark of excellence and distinguished accomplishment is attained by only one in ten Texas attorneys, and indicates that Keith has substantial, relevant experience and has demonstrated the same in family law cases. Keith was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1987. Mr. Spencer is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds Bachelor’s and Masters degrees in Communications from the University of North Texas. Keith is a Board Certified Family Law specialist. Mr. Spencer has practiced Family Law in Tarrant County for over 30 years. He is a qualified mediator authorized to assist in the resolution of family law matters involving children. The founder of the AV rated Fort Worth firm of Spencer, Greene, Cox & Warren, and Keith joined Bailey & Galyen in 2002. Keith is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas, as well as the Fifth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. An experienced trial lawyer, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal state courts and state criminal proceedings. He is also experienced in the prosecution of appeals and the defense of Child Protective Services investigations. Keith is trained in “collaborative law” and is a long standing member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Tarrant County Family Bar Association.
