She is also fluent in English and Spanish. Jessenia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She then earned her law degree at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Tampa, Florida, graduating with honors. Jessenia later re-enrolled at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School to earn a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property. While earning her degrees, Jessenia interned at the Public Defender's office in Hillsborough County after working as a paralegal at a private law practice in St. Petersburg, Florida. Jessenia has been practicing law in Florida since 2017. She started her own firm, the Law Office of Jessenia Rosales, in 2018 to handle criminal and family law cases. Shortly after, Jessenia received the Rising Professional Award from the Federal Bar Association Younger Lawyers Division. Jessenia is also on the Florida Justice Center's Legal All-Star Team. Jessenia is an active member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association and Clearwater Bar Association. Her volunteer service includes having served as chairperson of the Florida Justice Center, where she helped FLJC become Florida’s first criminal legal aid organization and volunteered at the expungement clinic. Jessenia has also been a board member of the Pinellas Latin Bar Association and served as a chairperson of the Clearwater Bar Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Jessenia currently lives in the Tampa Bay area with her two daughters. They enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

With more than 20 years of experience, Lisa is a dedicated North Dakota Family Law Attorney. Lisa graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law with distinction in 2005. After law school, she worked as an Assistant State's Attorney and as a Special Assistant Attorney General until opening L. Benson Law, PLLC in 2014. Every family law matter is unique. David was born behind the Iron Curtain, in Riga, Latvia. In 1979, a bright-eyed David arrived aboard a Pan Am flight to Kennedy Airport. His family settled in Brooklyn and he’s been a bagel-loving Brooklynite since. David attended New York University, graduating with a B.A. in History. After a gap year, getting his feet wet at a New York City law firm, David decided law was his true calling and went on to receive his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003, his practice has been focused solely on the areas of Family and Matrimonial Law. Throughout the last decade he has become intimately familiar with every aspect of this complicated area of the law, but more importantly he has become familiar with the judges, referees, and support magistrates that decide these cases in the Family Courts and Supreme Courts of the five boroughs of New York City.​

Dan has been practicing law since 1986. He began his career with the District Attorney’s Office followed by a term with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Later, he became in-house counsel for an OTC securities registered Broker / Dealer. Prior to the formation of Levin Jacobson Japha, P.C. he counseled clients in private practice for many years. Ms. Calderwood is a partner in the firm of Raphael, Ramsden & Behers. Her practice is concentrated in family law, including divorce cases involving complex asset, debt, and valuation issues; support and alimony cases; child custody and interstate custody matters. She uses her experience, her knowledge of asset valuation, and her skills in handling basic to complex support matters to seek the best result possible, whether through the courtroom or settlement outside of the courtroom. As many clients benefit from seeking a resolution of their family law matters outside of the courtroom, she is trained to resolve cases using the collaborative law approach. This allows a client more control of the details of the settlement and generally cost savings, as compared to litigation. Additionally, she was the President of the Pittsburgh Matrimonial Inn of Court for the 2007-2009 term. She has served as a speaker for continuing legal education presentations on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and Allegheny County Bar Association. Attorney Calderwood was awarded the 2007 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the Young Lawyers Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association. In 2002, she was recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s “50 Finest,” raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis Association. Ms. Calderwood has also volunteered her time to pro bono and community efforts. Ms. Calderwood was admitted to practice in 1998, after attending the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and she is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Keith Park is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida. Attorney Park received his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1976.

I first fell in love with the idea of becoming an attorney while watching fictional defense attorney Perry Mason on TV. Played by Raymond Burr, that character's no-nonsense attitude and his constant dedication to defending his clients struck a nerve. It's what made me want to commit to helping people with their legal needs. Inspired by the show, I decided to become an attorney. After attending historic Hampden-Sydney College and graduating in 1973, I attended law school at the University of Virginia, where I graduated in 1977. After being admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1979, I opened my practice in Lynchburg that same year. That's where I've been for almost 40 years, providing dedicated and personal legal representation to many people over the years, operating under the belief that every client is deserving of understanding and respect. One of the things that bring me the greatest amount of joy from my career is knowing how many people I've helped through some really tough circumstances in their life. Hiring an attorney can be a stressful thing, which is why I try to make it as easy as possible for them. I listen to the details of their case and do my best to make sure I have the story straight before I come up with an idea of how to pursue their case. Because I've been around a long time, I can usually find some parallel or similar cases to draw inspiration from — and if there's something I haven't heard yet, I'm pretty creative when it comes to forming a legal strategy. I believe in honesty when it comes to working with my clients because we need to be able to trust one another with all the details of the case. In addition to a "never give up" attitude and perseverance, my clients can expect me to give them the unvarnished truth in regards to their legal situation and the options available. It doesn't make sense to try to sell you on something that won't work given the circumstances, after all. By establishing trust and doing everything I can to make sure my clients are respected, I've developed a pretty good track record of helping people with their problems. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy a lot of different hobbies. In addition to being a former "Little All American" football player, I like to spend my time running, exercising, and can even be found doing a little ballroom dancing.
