Bob has been practicing law for twenty-nine years and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Bob attended the University of New Hampshire and graduated with degrees in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Philosophy. He subsequently completed his legal training at the University of Maine School of Law, graduating with his law degree in May 1988. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and the First circuit Federal District Court. Bob has been a member of the SSJM team since 1988. During Bob’s first decade as a lawyer, he primarily litigated commercial, business, personal injury and family law disputes. The financial and emotional cost of the traditional litigation model to Bob’s clients has caused him to redirect his professional energy. Although Bob frequently litigates appropriate cases, he now guides clients toward a collaborative and peaceful solution to their legal problems. In the collaborative method, clients maintain control, reduce legal fees and the emotional turmoil associated with litigation, all while maintaining privacy which does not exist in the litigation model. Bob is a member of the Mass. Bar Association, NH Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, Haverhill Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, Salem, NH Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), MA and NH NAELA Chapters, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), Massachusetts Collaborative Law Counsel (MCLC), Collaborative Law of New Hampshire and Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. Bob has also achieved the certificate as a certified financial divorce litigator. In 2018 Bob was nominated and voted as one of The 10 Best Elder Law Attorneys in Massachusetts. Bob’s practice areas include divorce and family law, estate and trust planning, elder and Medicaid planning, probate administration, business and corporate law, securities and commercial litigation, business general counsel, personal injury and wrongful death.

Attorney Levy earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and his J.D. from Antioch School of Law. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1984 and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1985. Attorney Levy is a member of the Litchfield County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Family Law Section) and the American Association for Justice. An author of articles on various aspects of family law, Attorney Levy's work has been published in the Connecticut Family Law Journal and the American Bar Association's Family Advocate. Attorney Levy has participated as a Special Master in the Litchfield, Waterbury and Hartford Judicial Districts as well as the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown, Connecticut. Attorney Levy has been responsible for the operation of the Special Masters Pretrial Program in the Litchfield Judicial District since 2005. Attorney Levy has been in private practice since 1984, and his areas of practice include Family Law, Civil Litigation, Residential Real Estate Transactions, Personal Injury and Probate Matters.

Corey MacDonald was named one of NH's Top Forty Under 40 in 2011; as well as NH's Young Professional of the Year in 2014; and one of Seacoastonline.com's “Top 10 to Watch” young professionals. MacDonald serves on the New Hampshire Association for Justice Board of Directors and co-chairs the family law section. Attorney Churchill remains an active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association. Attorney Churchill was sworn into the Supreme Court of the United States in 2008. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has successfully litigated numerous cases and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Attorney Churchill is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three sons and friends. She also enjoys traveling and boating.

Jeff Fraser has a degree in Psychology from Boston College (magna cum laude) and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He has over thirty years experience in private practice, including all types of personal injury, divorce, wills and estates, real estate, and business law. Mr. Fraser has been awarded the prestigious "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his skill and integrity. Mr. Fraser has extensive experience as a mediator in both civil cases and divorce and family cases.

Wesley Todd originally joined the firm as an intern in 2008. He has been a shareholder of the firm since 2020. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated from Albion College in 2006 with a major in political science. While at Albion, he was an active member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, national service fraternity, Habitat for Humanity and the Varsity Tennis Team. Wesley was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend Michigan State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2010. After earning his Juris Doctorate, he established his private solo law practice in his hometown of Kalamazoo from 2011 to 2014. After this period Wesley joined Vandervoort Christ and Fisher, practicing there for over six years. Subsequently Wesley re-joined the firm in 2020. Wesley primarily specializes in Criminal and Family Law, as well as civil litigation. He has experience in a plethora of areas from divorce and custody hearings to criminal matters and Bankruptcy. He has presented cases in all counties of West Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Wesley participates in activities with All Species Kinship and is a vintage car and sports enthusiast. Wesley is a member of the Kalamazoo County Bar Association and Calhoun County Bar Association (President 2019-2020). Wesley’s passion for law stems from an intrinsic motivation to provide justice for all people.
