Mr. Lipshutz is responsible for managing the firm’s personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. He has been enormously successful in representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, nursing home abuse and defective products, having recovered millions of dollars in jury verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients. He also handles a select number of business litigation and employment matters. Upon entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Lipshutz worked as an attorney for a law firm handling insurance defense matters giving him unique insight and experience into the handling of personal injury matters from both the defendant’s and plaintiff’s perspectives. Since 1998 Mr. Lipshutz who is admitted in Maryland, DC, and Florida has handled cases exclusively for the injured victims in personal injury matters. Since 2010, Mr. Lipshutz has been given the highest possible rating in the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory – “AV” signifying very high to pre-eminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by confidential opinions from members of the Bar. Mr. Lipshutz has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” from 2008 – 2022. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using peer nominations and evaluations along with independent research.

Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Ken was named a top lawyer by Louisville Magazine in the areas of Business Law, Construction Law and Environmental Law. Ken, his wife Sharon, and their four children are lifelong residents of Louisville, Kentucky.

My family instilled in me a strong work ethic and dedication to achievement. I competed in academic debate while attending Western Kentucky University. As the captain of the debate team I led the team from a national ranking of #165 to #4 in only two years. In Law School I competed in moot court and national negotiation competitions where again we achieved national recognition, placing eighth in the nation in moot court competition. I commit that same dedication to the work I perform for my clients. Since 1995, I have assisted people across the state of Kentucky and throughout the United States who have been injured and need guidance because of a variety of unfortunate circumstances. I have had the privilege to represent individuals and families, injured or killed due to dangerous products such as farm implements, coal mining machinery, elevators and firearms. I have litigated medical malpractice cases involving dental extractions, gallbladder removal, diabetic management, orthopedic surgery and emergency treatment and diagnosis of post surgical complications. I have represented clients suffering from chemical exposures including anhydrous ammonia and coal dust. I have concluded cases involving pharmaceutical mistakes involving errors with prescription medications, infusions, vaccination injury and intravenous administration. Finally, I have tried, mediated and settled hundreds of cases resulting from trucking wrecks, bus wrecks and car wrecks. The list below contains some of my career highlights. Matt White is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing. Matt earned his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar that same year. After graduating law school Matt served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Alabama. While working as an Assistant District Attorney Matt tried many cases to verdict and gained invaluable courtroom experience. In 1999, Matt and his family moved to Auburn and joined the firm of Walker, Hill, Adams, Umbach, Meadows & Walton and began practicing general civil litigation. Matt wass a founding partner in the Adams, White, Oliver, Short & Forbus, LLP firm which formed in 2002. In 2021, Matt started his own practice which specializes in Workers Compensation law, Employment Law, and general civil litigation. Matt's office is located in Opelika, Alabama, which is the sister city to Auburn, Alabama and is located in East Central Alabama. Matt handles cases throughout East Central Alabama which includes the following counties: Lee County, Chambers County, Russell County, Tallapoosa County, Montgomery County, Macon County and Randolph County.

Timothy Butler is a practicing lawyer with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Butler serves Santa Fe, New Mexico and the surrounding area.

Charles Barnum was born on March 15, 1971, in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1989. Mr. Barnum attended The University of Wyoming and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1993. Immediately after graduation, Mr. Barnum enrolled in Law School at the University of Wyoming and received his Juris Doctorate in 1996. Proud to be a Wyoming native and lifelong Wyoming resident, Mr. Barnum resides in Rock Springs with his wife, Jodi. They have two children, Charlie and Katelyn. They enjoy being outdoors and spending time with their grandchildren. Mr. Barnum is a member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Wyoming Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Sweetwater County Bar Association. He is a member of the Million Dollar and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

John W. Day is an attorney who practices in criminal defense, civil litigation, wrongful death and government misconduct/civil rights litigation. John W. Day serves clients throughout New Mexico, including the communities of Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Taos and Farmington. Prior to opening his own office, John had a long and successful tenure as a partner in one of Santa Fe’s oldest and largest law firms where he practiced in the same areas of criminal defense, wrongful death, civil litigation and government misconduct/civil rights litigation. Mr. Carson's practice includes personal injury, insurance, commercial, oil and gas, worker's compensation defense, and employment litigation. He also handles commercial transactions. He has represented parties in federal and state courts, workers' compensation and EEOC proceedings, and mediations. He has been the Director of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy at the Univ. of Arkansas School of Law. He has been a frequent presenter at professional seminars. Fellow Arkansas attorneys selected him as a Mid-South Super Lawyer, an honor limited to five percent of the attorneys in a state.
