Erin Elliott is the managing attorney of Elliott Immigration Law LLC. She focuses her practice 100% on immigration law. She represents individuals, families and companies in obtaining various temporary visas such as fiancé, student, trainee, entrepreneur and employment as well as permanent immigration through family and employers. After attending Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, Erin continued her education at Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Upon her graduation from law school, Erin returned to Atlanta and began her career at a national law firm where she specialized in business and corporate law for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. While assisting such clients, she became aware of the difficulties in obtaining and keeping foreign worker employees. Also during this time, Erin met her Turkish husband and was personally exposed to the green card and naturalization process. Based on her experiences, Erin opened her own law practice in 2011 to assist businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in navigating the, often intimidating, U.S. immigration legal system. Erin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and volunteers for Catholic Charities of Atlanta- Immigration Legal Services, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and as a Guardian Ad Litem in Fulton County, Georgia.

Christopher Hudson is an attorney located in Augusta, Georgia, who serves the entire Central Savannah Region in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters. Since 2005, Chris has owned and managed Chris Hudson Law Group, a law practice dedicated to representing injured persons in the areas of automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, and workers’ compensation cases. Chris began his legal career in 2004, with Fulcher, Hagler, Reed, Hanks, & Harper, LLP, a medium sized law firm in Augusta, Georgia, where practiced in the areas of civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense. Born in Augusta, Chris has been a resident of Columbia County nearly all his life. Chris graduated high school from Lakeside High in 1994. Following high school, Chris attended Augusta State University for two years, and then finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where he graduated in 2000 with honors and obtained BA in Political Science. Following college, Chris attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. During law school, Chris served as Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, and published a law review article entitled, “PGA Tour, Inc. v. Casey Martin, Reasonable Modifications under the ADA FORE the disabled.” 53 Mercer L. Rev. 1717 (2002). Chris graduated law school in 2003 and achieved the academic record of cum laude, finishing among the top 10% of his graduating class. Additionally, Chris received the following academic honors/recognitions: Induction into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society; Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing; a Certificate from the College’s Nationally acclaimed legal writing program; and CALI Awards for the highest grades in Advanced Legal Writing and Law Practice Management. Chris is currently a Member of the State Bar of Georgia and South Carolina, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Young Lawyers of Augusta. Additionally, Chris is a member of the Builders’ Association of Metro Augusta and the Augusta Mortgage Banker’s Association. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman.

Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts, and commercial litigation.

Attorney Chalcia Rainford is a native of Jamaica, West Indies, who has practiced law since 1994. Mrs. Rainford earned her J.D. from John Marshall Law School of Atlanta, Georgia. She also studied in London, England at the Lay Cox College and is a professional registered nurse. Her success does not stop there; Attorney Rainford owns Eccentral, Inc., which is a professional nursing employment agency. She is known for being very intellectual and detail oriented.

Born in Ilion, New York, Attorney Chester J. "Chet" Gregg graduated from the State University of New York, College at Oswego in 1993 with a B.S. in Secondary Education. In 1995 Mr. Gregg moved to Boston, Massachusetts and attended law school at the New England School of Law. As a law student Mr. Gregg worked with multiple government organizations including the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Committee for Public Counsel Services (public defender). Mr. Gregg also gained experience in personal injury law through employment at the law firm of Roche, Heifetz, Murphy & Wholley, in Boston, MA, and at the law offices of Kenneth Halpern and Associates in Newton, MA. Mr. Gregg also served as a Case & Note Editor for the New England Law Review. Mr. Gregg graduated from law school in 1998, Magna Cum Laude. After law school Mr. Gregg was employed by a small computer software company, Forefield, Inc., in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Forefield Mr. Gregg worked as a staff writer, production manager and worked on various corporate legal matters. In 2000 Mr. Gregg moved to San Antonio, Texas where he was employed at Standard Aero, Inc., as a government contracts specialist. Mr. Gregg joined the U.S. Army JAG Corps in 2001 and was stationed with the 3d Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Mr. Gregg initially served as a legal assistance attorney helping soldiers resolve consumer issues such as a landlord tenant law and military administrative issues. He then served as a military prosecutor for the next two years, trying cases involving drug use, assault, firearms, desertion and theft. Mr. Gregg deployed to Kuwait and Iraq with 2d Brigade, 3d Infantry Division, and was the first military JAG to arrive in Baghdad in April 2003. In May 2004 Mr. Gregg was appointed to be a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) responsible for prosecuting civilian crimes under Federal Law committed on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. In that role Mr. Gregg prosecuted a wide variety of crimes ranging from driving under the influence (DUI) to attempted murder. His most notable case involved the prosecution of a civilian working as a contractor in Iraq under the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act (MEJA). Mr. Gregg's military awards include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Combat Action Badge. Mr. Gregg is admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia. He is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Connor D. Deverell earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in French from the College of Charleston in 2009. He went on to receive his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. While in law school, he served on the editorial board for the Loyola Law Review, and published the case note, “Defining A Corporation's ‘Principal Place Of Business’: The United States Supreme Court's Decision In Hertz Corp. V. Friend.” Mr. Deverell participated in numerous legal internships and volunteer activities, both in college and in law school. While studying abroad in Australia, he assisted refugees in obtaining residency and work visas as a volunteer for C.A.S.E. Law Firm for Refugees. As a law clerk for a legal services organization, he aided the homeless in securing public assistance. He also interned at a national healthcare law firm and a public defender’s office before becoming a project attorney at an international law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Deverell was an associate attorney for a disability and personal injury law firm prior to joining Disability Justice. He advocated for clients’ Social Security disability benefits in more than 900 hearings before administrative law judges..

Leno P. Thomas, is an attorney with an uncommon breadth of skills and experience that go well beyond his practice of law. Mr. Thomas was born in Ranni, Kerala, India, and speaks and understands Malayalam and English. Mr. Thomas graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy in 1992 then received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996. Robert D. Mouradian received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Michigan in 1974. Robert D.
