Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. joined the firm in October 2005 and currently heads the Social Security Disability department, where he focuses his practice solely on obtaining Social Security Disability benefits for disabled individuals. Mr. Giordano has represented individuals before Administrative Law Judges throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He has been invited by labor and disability organizations as well as physicians throughout the tri-state area to lecture on Social Security Disability law. He is currently a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) as well as a member of the Social Security Disability law section of the American Association of Justice.Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with a large Philadelphia defense firm where he represented self-insured and commercial insured businesses in a wide variety of industries, as well as to third-party administrators throughout Pennsylvania. He also served as a legal intern for the Philadelphia District Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.Mr. Giordano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in communications from Towson University in Maryland. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations, and the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Andrew graduated from Boalt Hall (U.C. Berkeley) School of Law, a top public law school. Before that, he earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Los Angeles, California (UCLA), magna cum laude, with college honors. Additionally, Andrew is a member of the esteemed Phi Beta Kappa Society. He helps clients on a wide variety of civil matters. The types of cases he has handled in his practice include: business law, real estate law, business and real estate disputes; employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation; catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and elder abuse.

A native of New York, NY, Robert Kitson obtained his law degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 1995. He was an Editor on the Buffalo Law Review. Mr. Kitson has tried over forty jury trials in both New York and California. After leaving New York, Mr. Kitson was a founding party of Litt, Estuar & Kitson, LLP, a civil rights firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA. In 2013, Mr. Kitson accepted Mr. Myers’ invitation to join the firm to serve the role as lead trial counsel on various cases and to serve as Chair of Complex Litigation at The Myers Law Group, A.P.C. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Kitson has continued his great success as a trial attorney obtaining multiple plaintiff jury verdicts. Mr. Kitson’s success on behalf of clients at both The Myers Law Group, APC., as well as at his previous firm includes: Obtaining a $3.3 million judgment on behalf of a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Captain who was retaliated against after he reported discrimination and harassment by higher-ups in the fire department (Lewis S. Bressler v. City of Los Angeles) Spending seven months as co-counsel with Barrett S. Litt in McClure v. City of Long Beach, resulting in a $22.5 million verdict Obtaining a $1.1 million dollar judgment on behalf of a family subjected to living in substandard housing conditions (Ramirez v. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Kitson has briefed and argued cases before both the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In recognition of Mr. Kitson’s tenacious representation he was named by his peers as a Super Lawyer for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Mr. Moore is an experienced and aggressive complex litigator, having litigated class actions and other high stakes cases in state and federal courts for more than twenty five years. He is the sole member of the Law Offices of J. Mark Moore and is also Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. After obtaining his J.D. in 1995 from the UCLA School of Law, Mr. Moore spent his early career as an associate, and then a partner, at a national law firm where he defended major corporations in class actions alleging unfair and unlawful business and insurance practices, wage and hour claims and securities claims in California and other states. In 2006, Mr. Moore began representing consumers, borrowers and workers in class actions. He has been a partner in a number of boutique class action firms and, in addition to his solo practice, is presently Of Counsel to Gallo LLP. He sometimes represents hourly clients in business litigation matters on behalf of plaintiffs or defendants. Class action cases in which Mr. Moore served as lead or co-lead counsel for since 2006 have resulted in cash recoveries in excess of $100 million, not including other forms of relief. Mr. Moore is experienced in all aspects of litigation including appeals. He has litigated matters on behalf of individuals and companies, including significant business litigation disputes, and has pursued False Claims Act (“qui tam”) cases on behalf of whistleblowers with knowledge of fraud on the government. One such case, which he filed on behalf of a California online charter school teacher, led to a seven-figure settlement, a substantial whistleblower award and other relief benefiting the schools' students and the State. Mr. Moore obtained his B.A. in Business Economics, with honors, from UC Santa Barbara in 1992, and his J.D. in 1995 from the UCLA School of Law. He is licensed in California and admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and all of California's federal district courts. When not practicing law, Mr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to exotic places.

Michael Rogers primarily represents national and regional automotive dealership clients in a wide variety of legal matters including consumer actions and complex litigation, federal and state regulatory matters, unfair competition claims, commercial and consumer litigation, labor and employment issues and franchise disputes. He has significant experience in effectively resolving high-stakes litigation and providing counsel for litigation avoidance and regulatory compliance. In addition to automotive dealerships, his clients include automotive affiliated businesses such as finance companies, flooring lenders, automobile service centers, and surety bonding companies. In addition to his extensive understanding of the complexities of the automotive industry, Michael’s particular experience includes successfully representing individuals and business entities in complex, catastrophic personal injury matters including products and premises liability litigation; representing employers on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour violations; and representing clients involved in breach of contract, unfair business practices, trade secret violations, and UCC litigation.
