Michael E. (Mike) Robinson is an experienced litigation attorney concentrating in commercial and residential real estate, legal malpractice and client representation before professional boards. Mr. Robinson graduated from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year. He immediately began practicing with Chancellor and Wood, local Dallas real estate specialist, where he worked until 1979. That year, he established his own firm, Robinson & Smith, then went on to form The ROBINSON Law Firm in 1987. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Robinson has more than 13 years of experience in the title business and has been in practice over 37 years. Mr. Robinson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate, one of a small percentage of attorney’s within the bar association certified in the both areas. He and his wife Suzanne, live with their family in Richardson, Texas.

For over 2 decades, Mitchell Lloyd Feldman, Esq., has been a civil litigator, who has worked on the defense and the plaintiff side of cases. Over the last decade, Mr. Feldman has focused his practice representing employees and individuals. His cumulative experience and litigation skills are demonstrated by his AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. It is this highest possible rating. Mr. Feldman’s bench and jury trial experience includes cases involving the following: wage and hour claims, personal injuries and automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, employment contracts and whistleblower actions, and one criminal case. Mr. Feldman has handled cases throughout the state and Federal Courts in Florida, Georgia and cases in Connecticut, Illinois, and New York.

Born & raised in Dayton, Ohio, attorney Brad Jeckering always knew that he wanted to fight for the rights of regular folks. Brad graduated from Chaminade – Julienne, a Catholic high school in Dayton, which instilled a sense of responsibility and dedication to community. Brad worked as a National Sales Representative for General Electric for several years, after which he decided to attain his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Brad decided to dedicate himself to the legal profession and applied to law school. During his time as a law student at Capital University Law School, Brad worked at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and a Dublin-based Employment Discrimination Firm as a law clerk. Brad is a proud graduate of Capital University Law School where he was on the Dean’s List for 5 semesters, completed 160 hours of Pro Bono work, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Curia. As an attorney that practices in Central Ohio, Brad loves being able to help clients from both Columbus-metro and rural Ohio. Brad enjoys having a small practice with various areas of practice and a team of other attorneys to help achieve the best possible outcome for each client. Brad was selected as 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Brad currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. He has a great dog named Finch and enjoys eating at all of the local Columbus restaurants.

Kigan is an experienced Injury Attorney. He serves our clients with a great breath of experience and resolve. Although he has small-town roots, growing up in rural Utah, he graduated at the top percentage of his class from law school in Washington, DC. Since earning his law degree at American University, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by volunteering at middle schools and high schools to help students pursue careers in law, providing Wills for Heroes in Southern Utah, and advocating the Utah Association for Justice. When Kigan is not working away in his office, you may find him hanging off a cliff, rock-climbing. He enjoys outdoor sports, mountain biking, and performing music. He applies every bit of his determination and creativity to his hobbies as he does his work. Kigan has been practicing in the area of personal injury law for seven years, and has been with McMullin Injury law for the last two years. In that time he has handled hundreds of cases with an exceptional level of success. He brings with him a great breadth of experience in handling complex civil litigation matters. Kigan has successfully resolved a wide variety of injury cases of all sizes. He has particular expertise in car accident cases and semi-truck cases where he has achieved successful results on cases ranging from wrongful deaths to mere fender benders. Kigan is a dedicated advocate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations at Byu. He used that degree to go to the law school in Washington DC, at American University. Since earning his law degree, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by teaching middle school and high school students about the law, volunteering at student Mock Trial competitions, and providing pro bono representation. Kigan enjoys rock climbing, playing football, and covering songs on his guitar. He is a great addition to our firm and will provide excellent representation for you and your family. I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Thomas Howard is an experienced trial lawyer that handles intellectual property litigation nationwide, including copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent litigation, as well as complex civil litigation, including breach of contract, interference with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, fraud and fraudulent transfer of assets. Attorney Howard frequently deals with combined elements of intellectual property and commercial litigation in the cases that he handles, and is very experienced at dealing with highly complex litigation. In addition to representing clients involved in litigation, attorney Howard frequently negotiates and drafts intellectual property-related agreements, including license agreements, nondisclosure agreements and assignment agreements. Attorney Howard also files trademarks and copyrights on the behalf of clients in order to protect their intellectual property rights, and frequently represents clients in trademark disputes conducted before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), including opposition proceedings and petitions to cancel. Finally, Attorney Howard regularly represents clients in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Proceedings (UDRP) in order to assist when disputes arise over the ownership of a domain name. Clients Thomas P. Howard has represented hundreds of corporate and individual clients over the course of his practice. He has been sole or joint counsel in the trial of numerous cases in federal and/or state courts in multiple states. Among Attorney Howard's clients have been a number of parties interested in complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and business breakups, as well as parties interested in protecting their intellectual property rights.

Daniel Schlanger is a partner at Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP, where he heads the firm's consumer practice. His practice focuses on representing victims of unfair collection tactics, predatory lending, hidden fees, auto fraud, defective products, and other marketplace injustice. The firm brings affirmative litigation (including class actions and significant individual claims) on behalf of consumers and also regularly represents consumers who have been sued on significant debts, including credit card debt, medical debt, auto loans, home loans, lines of credit, personal guarantees, etc. Dan joined Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP's predecessor firm (Schlanger & Schlanger) in 2007 after working as a staff attorney at Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where he was a member of that organization’s consumer law unit, and helped to found a program focused on wage and hour litigation on behalf of low-income workers. Prior to that, Dan clerked for the Hon. R. Lanier Anderson, III on the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. Dan received his law degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College, magna cum laude, in 1994.

Keith Custis is a compassionate and dedicated litigator who founded Custis Law, P.C. to help individuals facing difficult work issues.
