Brad represents primarily small businesses, and so he practices primarily in the areas of law that small businesses need. As a practical matter, Brad helps companies form their businesses, deal with employees, draft and review contracts, and file or defend lawsuits when needed. Brad helps his clients on the “litigation” side of the law as well as on the “business” side. Brad has been rated as “AV” (preeminent) by his peers at Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest possible rating. Before opening his practice in the East Valley in 1998, Brad practiced for several years at two large firms in downtown Phoenix: Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC and Bryan Cave LLP. Brad graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He received his law degree with academic honors from the University of Chicago. Because his practice has a substantial litigation component, Brad has spent considerable time in court. Brad has represented clients in numerous jury trials in Superior Court, before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and Federal District Court. Brad has also appeared with clients before various Justice Courts, administrative tribunals, and in many arbitrations and mediations. Brad also advises his clients on how to structure their businesses, how to maintain corporate and LLC records, how to negotiate and draft contracts, how to get their money if bills go unpaid, how to deal with employees, and how to manage their legal risk—all with an eye toward avoiding litigation if at all possible.

Philip M. Bluestein is the owner and founder of Rocky Mountain Law Firm. Our firm has two divisions; Rocky Mountain Healthcare Law and Rocky Mountain Wills and Trusts. Rocky Mountain Healthcare Law focuses on helping Physicians, Dentists, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals and Businesses build, maintain, and protect their careers and practices. Rocky Mountain Wills and Trusts focuses on helping business owners and families plan for the future and protect their assets with effective will and trust planning. Rocky Mountain Law Firm works with doctors and other healthcare professionals and businesses throughout Colorado as well as clients outside of Colorado. This includes helping healthcare professionals with their professional employment contracts, starting, maintaining, buying or selling practices, regulatory matters, licensing and professional board matters, asset protection and estate planning, and helping doctors with the opportunities and challenges they face in their careers so that they can focus on taking care of patients. We also work with a variety of clients to address their estate planning needs. This includes basic Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, Guardian Designations, and other documents, to Revocable Trusts (also referred to as Living Trusts), to more complex trust planning and Asset Protection trusts and strategies. Philip founded Rocky Mountain Law Firm (formerly the Bluestein Law Firm) in 1995 while living in Ohio. In 2000 he and his family relocated to Colorado. Upon graduating from law school, Philip practiced for a year and a half in one of the oldest firms in Cincinnati, Ohio that focused on estate planning, litigation and real estate. He started his own firm in 1995 focusing on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Business Law, and Estate Planning. While in Cincinnati, his now ex-wife was a surgeon still in training. Over time Philip found that many medical professionals that he or his then wife knew began asking him questions related to contracts, careers, and practices. He realized there was a definite need he could address and developed his practice to help healthcare professionals. When his then wife completed her training, they moved to Colorado where he helped her set up and run her medical and surgical practice, as well as restarting his law practice with a focus on healthcare professionals and practices. Philip grew up in the Midwest. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in History from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. From 1995 to 2003 he served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the US Army Reserves, where he assisted soldiers with estate planning and other assistance to meet their requirements prior to being deployed. He also represented soldiers in military separation boards and served as the Claims Officer for the 9th LSO, 88th RSC. He completed eight years of service rising to the rank of Captain. Philip is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association, where he served as the co-chair of the Business Law Section for two years. He is licensed in Colorado and Ohio. At the office, Philip is always glad to introduce clients to our golden retrievers Sadie and Zev, the office dogs. He is remarried and has two sons in college, Solomon and Isaac, and loves to spend time with his family. He also enjoys cycling, skiing, camping, and hiking.

Joshua M Feagans is a founding partner of Feagans Law Group and heads the firm’s litigation and business practice. Josh concentrates in complex civil litigation involving injury and business disputes and acts as outside general counsel to national and regional companies in an array of industries that include building supplies, construction, commercial real estate, healthcare, automotive and manufacturing, among others. As a trial attorney, Josh has litigated thousands of cases throughout the United States in federal and state courts, in arbitrations with AAA, JAMS and BBB and in administrative hearings before a variety of agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, IHRC, IDFPR and IDOL. Adept at understanding the bigger picture in any dispute, Josh guides his clients through lawsuits by utilizing a keen understanding of business practices and personal motivations to achieve targeted results, Business disputes are another area where Joshua M Feagans is known to be a fierce litigator and to get results for his clients. These involve contracts, shareholders/members/partners of closely held entities, unfair competition (i.e. trademark, trade secret), and real estate. As outside general counsel, Josh takes his experience from the courtroom into the boardroom. SOHAIL SHAHPAR, ESQ. (2006, Hofstra University School of Law). Since 1999 Mr. Shahpar has worked as a Major League Baseball Players Association Certified Agent representing clients in contract negotiations, endorsement deals, and arbitration. Mr. Shahpar joined the Firm in 2008 and specializes his practice to employment matters such as contracts and severance agreements. Mr. Shahpar is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.

For over 2 decades, Mitchell Lloyd Feldman, Esq., has been a civil litigator, who has worked on the defense and the plaintiff side of cases. Over the last decade, Mr. Feldman has focused his practice representing employees and individuals. His cumulative experience and litigation skills are demonstrated by his AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. It is this highest possible rating. Mr. Feldman’s bench and jury trial experience includes cases involving the following: wage and hour claims, personal injuries and automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, employment contracts and whistleblower actions, and one criminal case. Mr. Feldman has handled cases throughout the state and Federal Courts in Florida, Georgia and cases in Connecticut, Illinois, and New York.

Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Casey attended Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Advertising. Casey worked for years in advertising, marketing, and business consultation before deciding to attend law school. In 2013, Casey graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School), with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While attending law school, Casey worked on various consumer protection projects with the Attorney General of Michigan, as well as interning for an East Lansing based law firm. In 2014, Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, is admitted to practice in the Michigan Federal Court of the Western District, and has been admitted to practice in the Colorado Federal Court, as well as the United States Tax Court. Since becoming licensed, Casey has been working as a solo practitioner in Michigan. Casey has worked in a wide variety of areas including Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Copyright, Contracts, Tax Issues, Business Organization, Wills and Trusts, Bar Exam Appeals, Collections, Construction Law, and Compliance. Recently, Casey has received a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Timothy attended the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine, earning his Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney for the Refugee & Human Rights Clinic and expanded his legal experience through roles with the U.S. Embassy in the United Kingdom, the Bureau of Economic & Business Affairs, the Consulate General of Ireland, and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. His academic foundation began at the University of California – Santa Cruz, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics. Today, he uses this background to guide clients in matters involving business formation and contract work, bringing both legal insight and practical understanding to owners, entrepreneurs, and executives. Before founding the Cameron Law Center, LLC, Timothy served as in-house counsel for a healthcare management services organization supporting one of the largest privately held chiropractic clinic groups in the country. His work included preparing purchase agreements and related documentation for multimillion-dollar acquisitions, advising C-Suite leaders on organizational growth, and negotiating and drafting vendor agreements, commercial leases, physician contracts, and restrictive covenant documents. This experience shapes his current work with families navigating divorce, parental rights, and adoptions. Timothy is licensed in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is dedicated to serving clients from all backgrounds and remains an active member of the Jewish, Persian, and LGBTQ+ communities in Chicago.
