My name is Tej Singh - I am the founder of Tej Law Firm, PLLC in Texas and Tej Law Firm, PC in California. I started this firm in December 2020 with one goal: to help real people with real problems. I am a proud Aggie and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with Honors in 2016. I am fully licensed and serve clients in both Texas and California and have thus am able to represent clients in both states. In my career thus far, I am fortunate to have already worked in diverse legal environments, spanning from firms of varying sizes to varying legal subspecialities. In law school, I clerked for various firms, specializing in employment law, personal injury, and intellectual property. I am fortunate to have a diverse spectrum of prior experiences that I now apply at my firm. Once I was granted admission to the California State Bar, I initially practiced with the largest Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm in California (Los Angeles). For two years, I protected and limited exposure to employers dealing with injured workers. I built relationships with Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Court Judges and learned the Workers’ Compensation system from the perspective of the Defense. After passing the California Bar Exam, I decided to challenge myself to also pass the Texas Bar Exam so that I could serve as legal counsel in Texas for my family. After I was granted admission to the Texas State Bar, I moved to Texas and practiced as a defense attorney in areas of employment law, Texas Dram Shop Law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and Texas windstorm insurance. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a plaintiff’s firm focusing on wage and hour disputes as well as medical malpractice claims. My main practice area is Employment law including wage and hour claims and California Workers' Compensation claims. In California, I represent clients that have been injured at work with their Workers’ Compensation claims. I know how the Defense thinks, and I know what to anticipate in their legal strategies. I work closely with my clients, as part of a team, to ensure that my clients’ rights are protected after an injury or ailment developed in the workplace. We will work together to make sure that you receive proper medical treatment, fair compensation for time missed from work, compensation for any loss in future earnings, and future medical treatment. I also handle Wills and Estate Planning in Texas. My goal is to ensure that my clients maintain peace of mind knowing that all their necessary legal documents are prepared and valid, with all assets accounted for, in the case of an emergency or the unfortunate passing of a family member.

Ken is one of the founding Partners and is responsible for both the management of the firm and is the head of the Workers’ Compensation practice. He is a member of the Workers’ Injury Law Group, W.I.L.G., which is a national organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured persons throughout the country. Ken has represented both injured workers and employers at all levels of the administrative process, including dealing with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) as well as appearing before the Industrial Commission of Ohio (IC) since 1995. He has also been involved in litigation before the Common Pleas Courts throughout Ohio and has been involved in Mandamus Actions before the Court of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court. Ken is a graduate of Wittenberg University (Summa Cum Laude, 1991) and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law (1994). He has also taught a Business Law Class as an Adjunct Professor at Wittenberg University during 2010 and 2011 and has participated in the evaluation of Senior Business Majors final projects on several occasions at his alma mater.

Lynn Bradley has dedicated her career to fighting for injured workers: -She grew up in a steel town in Pennsylvania and her zeal for helping injured workers comes from her blue-collar roots. -Putting herself through college waiting tables gave her a deep understanding of hard work and what it means to struggle. -She attended T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and was on the Law Review. -While in law school and studying for the bar exam, she worked at the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission as a law clerk for the Honorable -Robert P. Joyner, Commission. She also helped annotate the Workers’ Compensation section of the Virginia Code. -She has fought for the rights of injured workers since her graduation in 1993. -She has been with Tucker Griffin Barnes P.C. since 1996, and has been a shareholder (partner) since 2004. -She is a member of the Virginia State Bar; Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Workers’ Compensation Section; and the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association. -She volunteers her time advising the attorneys at the Legal Aid Migrant Worker Program; regularly volunteers at the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women’s Center Legal Clinic at University of Virginia; and served on the board of local non-profits, including the Senior Center and National Business College. -Lynn and her paralegal, Charolette, pride themselves on timely responding to her clients and giving personalized service. Gerald W. Bosch represents injured workers throughout Minnesota for their workers’ compensation claims. Attorney D. Russell Thomas was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, August 3, 1952. He attended Middle Tennessee State University (B.S., 1970-74). He was a member of Kappa Sigma after his undergraduate degree. He attended Memphis State University Law School for his J.D. degree (1974-77). Mr. Thomas was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1978, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court in the, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.D. Russell Thomas was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and a 1985 Graduate of ATLA’s Advanced Civil Litigation Course. Mr. Thomas served on the Board of Governors as the Representative for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association for the 6th District of Tennessee, 1991—2005 and 2016-2018. He kept an ongoing cattle operation until 2010. He played music with rock and blues bands off and on for 25 years. He now lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife Jeanmarie. His current office where he has practiced for 20 of the last 43 years is 5 minutes off of the square. The practice is devoted to plaintiff's cases for personal injuries and selected workers' compensation cases.

In 2012, Donovan was selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star,” an honor extended to only two and a half percent of Florida lawyers each year. Donovan Whibbs received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1994. In 1997, he received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of both the Florida and Alabama Bars. Mr. Whibbs is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association. His practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation and personal injury.

Anna Katherine Stone has been practicing workers' compensation, personal injury and social security disability since 2003. She has been a partner/shareholder with the law firm since 2010. All of her files are handled exclusively by Ms. Stone and her 2 legal assistants. She is readily accessible by phone, email and even text messages. She travels to all of the satellite offices to make it more convenient for her clients for the initial consultation and any other time an in-person conference is required to better assist the client and the case. Ms. Stone believes in walking the client thru every step of the case. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1999 and then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 2002.
