I chose to represent people who unfortunately suffered a life-altering injury because I saw first-hand the impact that this can have on a loved one and their family. What sets me apart is that when a client leaves my office, they have peace of mind knowing that they and their family will be protected. I have been representing injured clients for two decades and have recovered millions of dollars in damages for my clients. Kevin Steinberg’s passion and commitment to protecting and fighting for the rights of injured victims comes from 30 years of professional experience, as well as his own personal experience. Early in his legal career, Mr. Steinberg was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision where he sustained permanent injuries to his lower back and knees. This experience was quite humbling, and it made him fully appreciate what it is like to be seriously injured as a result of someone’s negligence and carelessness. More importantly, this experience made him realize the challenges clients face with maintaining their personal, professional, and social lives while trying to recover from an injury. This accident gave him a solid understanding of what his clients deal with every day while trying to rebuild their lives after an accident. His personal experience has driven him to zealously fight to get his clients to everything they are legally entitled to. Mr. Steinberg has spent 30 years dedicating himself to protecting the rights of injured victims and consumers. His decades of experience as a trial lawyer and litigator enable him to digest the often-complex issues involved in personal injury claims and to galvanize the salient facts to obtain maximum recoveries for his clients. Prior to founding the KBS Injury Law Group, Mr. Steinberg was Co-Founder and Partner of the Fighting for People Injury Law Group. Before that, he had the unique opportunity of managing the Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Departments as a partner and senior associate in two (2) prominent Center City Philadelphia insurance defense litigation firms. This experience gave him a unique and intimate understanding of the defensive mentality and mindset, which has given him a solid understanding of the manner that insurance defense firms and their attorneys handle and try personal injury cases. This has also enabled him to effectively represent and advise his clients to ensure that they obtain the damages and recoveries to which they are rightfully entitled. Mr. Steinberg uses his years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer to oversee and supervise the Firm’s legal team to ensure that all of the Firm’s files are properly managed and the Clients are well informed about the developments of their case. He is directly responsible for handling all of the firm’s pre-trial and trial casework; he conducts depositions, navigates complicated discovery issues, handles arbitrations and mediations, and more. He is also responsible for handling and trying all of the firm’s workers’ compensation cases where he only represents the rights of injured workers. As an advocate for injured people, Mr. Steinberg uses his legal knowledge and skill to ensure that all of the firm’s resources are dedicated to the needs of those injured by other people’s negligence and carelessness. In his free time, Mr. Steinberg takes pride in being an active member of his community. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 25 years. They have four boys who are all involved in multiple sports leagues and organizations. He has devoted the last 18 years volunteering his time as a coach for his boys’ baseball, soccer, and basketball teams, and he has served as a Board Member for several community sports organizations, which he consistently did for almost 2 decades.

Keld R. Wenge is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America where he received his J.D. in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Wenge served as editor of CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy. He was a 2011 participant in the Columbus Community Legal Services program, which was ranked #17 nationally among clinical programs. Mr. Wenge joined Pond Lehocky Giordano in June 2013 where he dedicates his practice to Workers’ Compensation matters and serving injured workers in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, he practiced at a regional trial firm and represented the interests of injured Pennsylvania plaintiffs in state and federal major jury and arbitrational claims, including, but not limited to, construction site accidents, industrial accidents, OSHA violations, insurance bad faith, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation and Social Security disability matters. After joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Wenge co-authored an article with Samuel Pond that was published in the Legal Intelligencer titled “A Subrogation Setback Provides a Framework for Lien Waivers.” He has presented to Temple University Legal Society’s law students on various occasions regarding the practice of law. Mr. Wenge is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, U.S.D.C.- Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Arbitrator of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Stephen grew up in Casper, Wyoming and spent much of his childhood working on his family’s ranch. He attended the University of Wyoming and received three Bachelors Degrees while making the Dean’s List. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2002. After being inducted into the Wyoming Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association, he and his wife, Julie, moved to Pueblo, Colorado. Stephen and Julie have been married for 26 years and have six children. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, and coaching children’s soccer. He is the President of the pueblo Rangers Soccer Club, which provides access to soccer programs for children of all ages, skill levels and financial means, including programs for children with special needs. Stephen has been practicing law since 2002, with a primary practice on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security. In his 17 years of practicing workers’ compensation law, Stephen has represented injured workers in all stages of litigation. He has argued cases before the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts, the Colorado Industrial Appeals Panel, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals
