Greg has been a partner at Hurley Toevs Styles Hamblin & Panter PA since 2008. He was formerly a partner of the trust and estate litigation firm of Popejoy & MacKenzie PC. Greg is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to practice before the New Mexico courts in 1993 and has been working as a litigation lawyer since that time. Since 1997, Greg has devoted virtually all of his practice to representing clients in probate, estate and trust litigation. This includes representing clients who are contesting or defending the validity of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents and those who are involved in litigation over the administration of estates and trusts. His cases frequently involve allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and the construction of controlling instruments such as wills and trusts. Greg also frequently handles litigation in contested complex guardianships and conservatorships. He has served as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults involved in those types of proceedings. Greg has received his certificate (2005) from the UNM School of Law mediation course and has served as a mediator in cases involving contested trusts, probates, and difficult guardianships and conservatorships. Greg is the chair of the Trust and Estate Division of the Real Property and Trust Section of the New Mexico State Bar and the Chair-Elect of that Section for the 2018 year. Greg has been recognized as AV-Rated by Martindale and was elected a fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2010. Ronnie was born and raised in New York. He has always had a passion for the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Throughout high school, college, and law school he made many trips out west to spend time on the ski slopes. During that time he also discovered a love for business and the law. He attended Cornell University for their excellent business program, and received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing in 1999. While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law he was able to spend a summer at the Central European University where he concentrated his studies on alternative dispute resolution techniques including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property in 2003. With a law degree in hand, Ronnie moved to Colorado to be nearer to the mountains he loves. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003. Since then, Ronnie has focused his legal career to assist clients in the areas of intellectual property (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, and patents), business, real estate, personal injury and probate law. When Ronnie is not working, he is happily enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer: skiing, mountain biking, tennis, white water rafting, and four-wheeling.

Jason D. Jones, Esq., our office’s founder, opened our office in 2018 after working for well over a decade in trusts & estates, estate administration, and taxation matters in both international and domestic estate planning areas. With B.A and M.A. degrees from Yale University and University of Chicago, Mr. Jones worked as a corporate paralegal at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in airline lease transactions and other corporate matters. Adair Buckner was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She attended both undergraduate and law school at Texas Tech, and her blood runs red and black. Her husband’s grandmother was the very first graduate of Texas Tech. Her children were the 56th & 57th members of her husband’s family to attend Tech. Adair majored in business management as an undergraduate, finishing with honors. She immediately began law school and graduated with highest honors. While in law school, Adair was the Comments Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif (the top 10% of the class). When she finished law school in 1976, Adair moved back to Amarillo to begin her law practice. She has been in law firms, large and small, during her practice and is now a sole practitioner. Adair has been actively involved in the Amarillo Area Bar Association and Amarillo Area Bar Foundation, having served on the boards and as president of both groups. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, and Estate Planning, and Probate, and the Labor and Employment Law sections.
