Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Casey attended Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Advertising. Casey worked for years in advertising, marketing, and business consultation before deciding to attend law school. In 2013, Casey graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School), with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While attending law school, Casey worked on various consumer protection projects with the Attorney General of Michigan, as well as interning for an East Lansing based law firm. In 2014, Casey was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, is admitted to practice in the Michigan Federal Court of the Western District, and has been admitted to practice in the Colorado Federal Court, as well as the United States Tax Court. Since becoming licensed, Casey has been working as a solo practitioner in Michigan. Casey has worked in a wide variety of areas including Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Copyright, Contracts, Tax Issues, Business Organization, Wills and Trusts, Bar Exam Appeals, Collections, Construction Law, and Compliance. Recently, Casey has received a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

I am passionate about helping people formulate plans to reach their goals. Since 1999, I have been involved in that process with hundreds of clients as a professional in the financial services industry. In 2011, I enrolled at Arizona Summit Law School. It wasn’t always easy balancing family and school while maintaining a growing financial services company. But with the help of my wife and others, along with some divine intervention, I graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in 2014. The rest is history. Now I spend my time helping individuals and families create and maintain solid estate plans – truly an important work! On a more personal note: Before becoming an attorney, I grew up in Scottsdale, went to Horizon High School, and then joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Following my active duty training, I went on a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and later graduated from Arizona State University – go Sun Devils! Along the way I moved to Mesa where I met my sweetheart – Jennifer. We were married in 1999 and have since been blessed with 6 children (4 boys & 2 girls)! A natural extrovert with a passion for the courtroom, Rob’s greatest asset is his ability to connect with people. Out of law school, Rob worked at one of the biggest oil companies in America as a landman. He ended up as in-house counsel in Kansas working for a top-ten oil producer. The great oil crash of 2015 hit the country hard, and Rob especially. He left the oil business and joined a firm that specialized in suing gas companies. In three years, Rob assisted several royalties owners to achieve multi-million dollar settlements for underpayment of natural gas royalties, with his efforts culminating in a ten-million-dollar settlement on behalf of a class of royalty owners in three Colorado counties. After spending time in private practice, Rob saw a disturbing trend. Far too many of the litigants he saw in court were self-represented. Worse still, most of them could achieve their case goals with quality representation, but could not afford a lawyer. Then Rob considered creating a law firm that would eschew the traditional model and bring legal service to everyone. And out of the desire to buck the trend, Titus Law Firm, LLC was born. Rob lives in Kansas City with his wife Abby, his two children, Lily and Lincoln, and their two Labrador retrievers. You will find him with his kids exploring the lakes and hiking trails of Kansas and Missouri. He is a published author and a proud graduate of the University of Texas English Honors Program. When he is not at work, you will find Rob at a Texas football game, always mistakenly believing that this will be the year Texas brings in a title (it has been a long, dark decade that Rob has nicknamed “the Wilderness”).

Chix Miller, rated “AV” in Martindale Hubbell Law Directory (the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards) for the most recent seventeen (17) consecutive years, is a partner at Sell & Melton LLP and has represented numerous governmental entities as Bond counsel and Issuer’s counsel over the past thirty-seven (37) years. Mr. Miller has closed as Bond counsel over two-hundred sixty-five (265) bond issues in fifteen (15) states – Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. Mr. Miller also represents the Development Authority of Bibb County. Mr. Miller specializes in acting as Bond counsel for the financing of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, manufacturing facilities, and low to moderate income housing projects. At Sell & Melton LLP, at which he has been managing partner for over 20 years, Mr. Miller has amassed considerable experience in the field of public/municipal finance and in structuring and successfully completing wills and difficult financings. In addition to public/municipal finance, Mr. Miller practices in the areas of commercial transactions, contracts, taxation, wills, trusts, probate and governmental representation. Mr. Miller and his wife, Cathy, have been married for over fifty (50) years. They have two (2) grown children and five (5) grandchildren.

Erika Gebhardt practices exclusively family law and estate planning. Erika began her career in family law when she worked as an extern at the firm during the summer after her first year of law school (2010). After realizing her passion for this area, Erika continued by serving at the firm as a law clerk in the summer following her second year of law school (2011). Erika has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, and was a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of St. Ives. Erika has worked as a judicial intern in a courtroom with a domestic and civil docket. She also interned for Denver District Court Judge Robert McGahey, Jr., of the Second Judicial District, where she was able to gain valuable experience in motions practice and courtroom procedure. After graduating from law school, Erika worked at a local law firm practicing family law. Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, Erika is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the CBA Young Lawyers Division. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Erika moved to Colorado in 2005. Erika enjoys volunteering and supporting her community through Metro Volunteer Lawyers and local events.

Since 2005, Chris Houk has been a dedicated advocate for the rights of Arizona’s workers, managers, and employers. From representing clients in small-town discrimination cases to arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Chris has tirelessly worked to ensure that everyone is treated with the fairness, dignity, and respect they deserve. Chris’s extensive experience includes serving in the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. These roles have given him a deep understanding of the laws and regulations that govern employment in Arizona. In addition to his legal practice, Chris is an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He also serves as an officer of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section, and is a Fellow with the American Bar Foundation. Outside of work, Chris is actively involved in the Arizona and Metro Phoenix communities, where he and his wife are raising their three children.
