Mark Andersen is the managing partner of ANDERSEN PLLC. Mark established ANDERSEN PLLC in December 2013 with a vision: (1) to serve families and provide support during times of transition or death of a loved one, (2) to improve the quality of life of those who are no longer able to provide for their own needs, (3) to create order in the estate plans of individuals and to observe their intent, and (4) to promote the visions of other small business owners. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. In a prior career in public accounting that began in 1999, Mark audited large and small businesses, and provided due diligence with regard to purchases of other businesses. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in November of 2000. While in law school in Chicago, Mark advised clients on commercial real estate transactions as a senior consultant for RSM McGladrey. Mark began practicing law in the area of trusts and estates in 2006. From there, he branched into other areas of law, including guardianships, conservatorships and estate litigation. Mark graduated from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL in 2005. He was admitted to the Illinois bar later that year, and passed the Arizona bar in July of 2006. After four Chicago winters, Mark had enough and moved his family, which includes his wife (Katie) and two fun-loving kids (Gracie and Brian), back home to Arizona, where they can spend more time with both sets of grandparents. Daughters Rosie and Lottie came along in the years that followed. There are few things that mean as much to Mark as seeing families get along and honor their parents.

Tullio DeLuca was admitted to bar in 1990 in Pennsylvania, US District Court, Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Attorney DeLuca represents debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy loan workouts, and foreclosure proceedings. His experience also includes reviewing mortgage and loan documents, analyzing and reviewing individual and corporate finances for loan workouts, debt counseling, conducting closings, reviewing closing documents, and determining sufficiency of security and lien interest. He has also represented individuals successfully in estate planning matters, formulating a comprehensive plan and preparing the necessary documentation such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, buy-sell agreements, stockholder agreements, and partnership agreements.

Colleen Van Egmond is an accomplished lawyer that has extensive legal experience in business planning, business litigation, estate planning, estate litigation, probates, employment law, agriculture law, along with accident and injuries. She has worked for such law firms as Thayer Harvey Gregerson Hedberg & Jackson along with Curtis & Arata prior to becoming the managing partner with Arata Swingle Van Egmond & Goodwin. In addition to her legal experience, she is currently active in different associations such as Association of Defense Council, Stanislaus County Bar Association and the Children's Crisis Center. Colleen Van Egmond graduated from the McGeorge School of Law with an honors in taxation and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. In addition to her legal degree, Ms. Van Egmond has a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a A.S. in Agriculture Business.

Monica P. Patankar is a partner with the law firm of Patankar Law P.C. Monica takes a compassionate approach to helping clients solve their legal issues. Jonathan grew up in Lexington, Virginia. After finishing his law degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law, Jonathan worked as a Contract Negotiations Specialist and as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 company before starting Tarris Law in 2016. Since starting Tarris Law, Jonathan has litigated thousands of matters throughout Virginia from fatal trucking accidents to farm partitions among dozens of heirs. and has successfully appealed trial court rulings, even garnishing published opinions in the Virginia Court of Appeals. Justine grew up in the small farming town of Woodland, California. She stayed in the area for college, graduating from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Anthropology in 2013. In addition to scholarships and grants, Justine funded her undergraduate education with her job as a student bus driver. After graduating, Justine attended the University of Kansas School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. While in law school, Justine excelled academically – earning election into the Order of the Coif, the 2016-2017 Robert E. Edmunds Prize in Corporation and Securities Law, the CALI Award in Secured Transactions for Spring 2017, and the CALI Award in Trusts and Estates for Spring 2017. Justine also participated in the 2017 Transactional LawMeet, in which her team won the Midwest Regionals, advanced to the National Finals, and won the National Best Draft Award. She also served as a Publications Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and as a research assistant for J.B. Smith Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, Richard E. Levy. In addition to her academic pursuits, Justine worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable James. P. O’Hara, United States District Court, District of Kansas, and as an elder law intern with Kansas Legal Services. She also worked as a summer law clerk for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc. and a general practice law firm in Lawrence, Kansas. Justine moved to the Tri-Cities shortly after law school graduation, joining her husband who works for the railroad. She joined Leavy Schultz Davis, P.S. in the fall of 2017 as a litigation associate after successfully passing the Washington State Bar Exam.
