Joel Glaser is the principal of Joel Glaser APC in the Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. His practice includes Employment and Business Litigation. Mr. Glaser has extensive experience in Employment Practices Liability, including defending whistleblower, wrongful termination, harassment, race, age, disability, and gender discrimination and retaliation cases. Kevin C. Ambler served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010, representing House District 47 encompassing most of Northwest Hillsborough County. During his 4 consecutive terms in elected office, he served on over 47 legislative councils and committees, including serving as Chairman of the Health Appropriations Committee in which he was responsible for nearly $20 billion dollars in appropriations for more than 3 million Medicaid beneficiaries and 80,000 health care providers and 15,000 health care facilities. During his tenure in the House of Representatives, Rep. Ambler received numerous awards and accolades from professional organizations, boards, and foundations as the top legislator of the year for his outstanding accomplishments for championing numerous important legislative issues. Representative Ambler attended Cornell University on a four-year Air Force ROTC scholarship where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1983. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force. In 1986, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Soon after, he was appointed as an Air Force judge advocate and assigned to the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, where he served on active duty for nearly 5 years in several positions including Chief of Claims, Chief of Legal Assistance, Chief of Military Justice and Chief of the Civil Law Divisions. During this same time, he also was appointed by the U.S. Attorney General as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and was responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in federal court against civilians arising on MacDill AFB. Later, his responsibilities expanded to defending the United States in federal court in medical malpractice and personal injury cases arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Representative Ambler entered private practice and transferred to the Air Force Reserves in 1991. During his first year as a reservist, he was awarded the Harmon Award by the Air Force Judge Advocate General as the Most Outstanding Reserve Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. Representative Amblerʼs other military decorations include the Air Force Achievement Medal, two Air Force Meritorious Service Medals, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the National Defense Services Medal. He continued to serve as a Judge Advocate in the reserves until 2005. Representative Ambler began his career in private practice as a litigation attorney in 1991. In 1996, Representative Ambler opened his own firm, the Ambler Law Group, focusing in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death and personal injury litigation in both state and federal courts. His firm also handles complex business litigation and transactional matters as well as entertainment and sports law. Representative Ambler is a member of the Florida, Georgia and D.C. He previously served as the Chair of the Florida Bar Military Affairs Committee (2002-2003) and Chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) Military Liaison Committee (2002-2003). He has chaired the HCBA Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law Section (1999-2002) and he has been a regular and active participant in the HCBA “Ask A Lawyer” Pro Bono Program from 1995 to 2002. In 2002, he received the HCBA “Have a Heart” award for outstanding pro bono service. Representative Ambler and his firm hold an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory reflecting the highest possible rating for professional competence and ethical conduct. Representative Ambler served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Northdale Special Tax District for 7 years. In his youth, Representative Ambler served on the White House Conference for Children and Youth Task Force and was inducted into the American Academy of Achievement which awarded him the Golden Eagle Award of Excellence as the top student in the United States. Representative Ambler has been an adjunct law professor on the faculty for Stetson University College of Law for the past 8 years.

L. ERIC EBBERT is the owner of the Ebbert Law Firm, which he created in 2020. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Florida. He practices in the areas of Labor & Employment law - Management, business litigation, and health care liability. Scott Cole is a Partner in the Atlanta office and works with several of the firm’s practice groups. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Cole has a civil engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Mr. Cole is a senior member of the Transactional Practice Group. He focuses his energy on the sale of medical offices, including dental offices, to larger groups. In connection with this, he has worked with many of the larger national and regional DSOs. He represents clients, including technology, communications and energy companies, on a variety of matters ranging from entity selection, organizational structuring, transaction structuring, and working with clients through day-to-day and extraordinary business transactions. Mr. Cole works with corporate clients to identify strategic goals and assists them through initial planning, negotiations, and project completion. Mr. Cole worked as outside counsel to a suburban Atlanta county, local water authority, and currently serves as city attorney for Mansfield, GA. In those capacities, he drafted and reviewed various contracts, including GDOT and multi-million dollar construction contracts; drafted various ordinances and resolutions; and advised local officials on land acquisition, policy, and other matters.

Born in Ilion, New York, Attorney Chester J. "Chet" Gregg graduated from the State University of New York, College at Oswego in 1993 with a B.S. in Secondary Education. In 1995 Mr. Gregg moved to Boston, Massachusetts and attended law school at the New England School of Law. As a law student Mr. Gregg worked with multiple government organizations including the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Committee for Public Counsel Services (public defender). Mr. Gregg also gained experience in personal injury law through employment at the law firm of Roche, Heifetz, Murphy & Wholley, in Boston, MA, and at the law offices of Kenneth Halpern and Associates in Newton, MA. After law school Mr. Gregg was employed by a small computer software company, Forefield, Inc., in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Forefield Mr. Gregg worked as a staff writer, production manager and worked on various corporate legal matters. In 2000 Mr. Gregg moved to San Antonio, Texas where he was employed at Standard Aero, Inc., as a government contracts specialist. Mr. Gregg joined the U.S. Army JAG Corps in 2001 and was stationed with the 3d Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Mr. Gregg initially served as a legal assistance attorney helping soldiers resolve consumer issues such as a landlord tenant law and military administrative issues. He then served as a military prosecutor for the next two years, trying cases involving drug use, assault, firearms, desertion and theft. Mr. Gregg deployed to Kuwait and Iraq with 2d Brigade, 3d Infantry Division, and was the first military JAG to arrive in Baghdad in April 2003. In May 2004 Mr. Gregg was appointed to be a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) responsible for prosecuting civilian crimes under Federal Law committed on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. In that role Mr. Gregg prosecuted a wide variety of crimes ranging from driving under the influence (DUI) to attempted murder. His most notable case involved the prosecution of a civilian working as a contractor in Iraq under the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act (MEJA). Mr. Gregg's military awards include the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Combat Action Badge. Mr. Gregg is admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia. He is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association.
