A Michigan native, Mr. Doud grew up in Saginaw, graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School, Northern Michigan University, and Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He started practicing law in 1996 and became a partner in 2003. Mike lives on Saginaw Bay with his wife, two children, and two dogs.

Practice Areas: Veterans’ Benefits Heather grew up in McDonough, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia College and State University in 2015. In 2018, Heather graduated from Mercer Law School where she was the Secretary for the Animal Legal Defense Club as well as an active member of the Association of Women Law Students. In 2019, Heather moved to Florida and joined Gordon and Partners. Heather was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021. Prior to being admitted to the Florida Bar, Heather served as a paralegal for the Veterans’ Disability Department. Through this experience, Heather gained extensive knowledge about the working of claims at the agency, Board of Veterans’ Appeals, and U.S. Court of Veterans’ Appeals levels. Coming from a family of Veterans, Heather understands the importance of getting justice for those whom have laid their lives on the line for others to have freedom. Due to this, Heather is a dedicated and passionate advocate for her clients.

Tony Edwards was born and raised in McAlester and has devoted himself to serving the legal needs of the people in his home area. He achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level in legal ability and ethical standards. He received his undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology from East Central University in Ada and then went to Oklahoma University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1982. He took a position with a general-practice law firm in Ada and stayed there for five years before returning to McAlester to join the Stipe Law Firm. At the Stipe firm, Edwards began focusing on civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. In 2006, he decided to that he wanted to create a smaller firm that would give him an opportunity to provide more personal service. The Edwards firm was born that year, and he has continued to concentrate on plaintiff’s civil litigation. His practice today encompasses cases involving motor vehicles, nursing homes, defective products, and oil-field injuries. He also handles Social Security cases and has been involved in numerous mass-tort cases involving defective products. His efforts have resulted in numerous significant verdicts and settlements for his clients. One of his most notable was a confidential settlement on the eve of trial with the Ford Motor Co. on a products-liability case involving the design of a gas tank that ignited. In another, he represented the family of an East Central University football player who was killed in a hate-crime incident. No matter what the case, Edwards brings the same committed approach to the benefit of his clients. “Our logo is: ‘We care. We fight. We win.’ That’s an honest statement of what we do. We try to treat people fairly and give them our best effort,” he says. Edwards and his wife, DeVonna, are active in the Lakewood Christian Church, where he has been an elder for more than 20 years. They are also active in an organization, Shared Blessings, which DeVonna launched in 1998 to provide clothing for people in need. Since then, it has continued to expand and now also provides food, household goods, disaster relief, and emergency financial assistance. In his spare time, Edwards enjoys golf and is a passionate Oklahoma University sports fan.

Cameron J. Windham is an associate attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri and has been with the firm since 2021. A Washington, DC native, Cameron studied English at Amherst College in Massachusetts and pitched on the varsity baseball team. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 where he earned a certificate in sports law. Cameron was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October of 2022. Cameron has primarily been handling Hurricane Ida claims since the storm devasted southern Louisiana in September of 2021. Additionally, he has worked on various family law matters and numerous disputes concerning small businesses. Cameron is eager to broaden his legal experience in other areas not limited to business and corporate law, social security, and Name, Image and Likeness for Collegiate athletes.

A. Parker Trotz joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2013 upon graduating from law school. He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and has been named as a Rising Star in the field of Personal Injury by Super Lawyers, which recognizes lawyers who have received professional achievement in their field and the community. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he is a fifth generation Memphian. In 2006, Mr. Trotz graduated from Ridgeway High School in Memphis before attending college at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the UGA Terry College of Business, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Following college, Mr. Trotz moved to New Orleans to begin law school at Tulane University Law School. In the classroom, Mr. Trotz was named to the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Trotz clerked for judges at the state and federal court levels in Georgia and Louisiana, respectively. In addition, Mr. Trotz volunteered with the Tipitina’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to enrich and promote the music community and culture of New Orleans. Through this program, Mr. Trotz helped low income artists and musicians who could not afford legal counsel achieve their goals by assisting them with needs such as business formation, drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and intellectual property issues. Since joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in 2013, Mr. Trotz has handled personal injury cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, and negligent security. Each and every day, Mr. Trotz represents those who have been injured through no fault of their own, and many of his clients have sustained traumatic, catastrophic and life-altering injuries. Many times, people injured in an accident are unsure of the process, their legal rights, and what they may be entitled to. By taking the time to speak with clients, answer their questions, and address their concerns, Mr. Trotz is able to help clients through their time of need and make a difference in their lives. Through this rewarding program, members of the community can meet with licensed attorneys to discuss their various legal needs, at no cost. Mr. Trotz also co-chairs the firm’s community service program. This initiative entails social outreach to local charities and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Trotz plans and coordinates programs for the employees at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz to volunteer, give back to those in need, and make a positive impact in the community. With deep roots in Tennessee and the greater Memphis area, Mr. Trotz takes great pride in being able to help members of the community in which he and many of his family members grew up in. He also enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, Memphis Tigers, and Memphis Grizzlies.
