For more than forty years, Steve has zealously advocated for the rights of the injured against many of the largest and well-funded corporations in the United States and abroad, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients and class members. Steve primarily practices in the areas of class action litigation, multidistrict litigation, and other complex litigation brought on behalf of plaintiffs. As a testament to not only his legal acumen but also his ability to work cooperatively with others, he is routinely appointed by state and federal courts to positions of leadership in class actions and multi-district litigation. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Steve is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education credit in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, primarily on the subject of ethics and class action litigation. An avid sailor, Steve spends what little free time he has competing in regattas around the globe.

Jamie L. Cox is a partner at Willson & Pechacek, PLC, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Mr. Cox’s general litigation practice focuses on personal injury law, employment law, estate and trust litigation, business law, and civil rights law. He represents clients in Iowa and Nebraska. A native of Wapello, Iowa, Mr. Cox graduated with honors and distinction from the University of Iowa, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in history and sociology in 1998. He later obtained his law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. Licensed to practice in the state courts of Iowa and Nebraska, Mr. Cox is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Tax Court, the Iowa Supreme Court, the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He joined Willson & Pechacek, PLC, in 2001 and became a partner in 2006. Mr. Cox belongs to a number of professional organizations, including the he American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Pottawattamie County Bar Association, and the Iowa Defense Counsel Association. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association section councils for Litigation and Employment Law, and also belongs to the dispute resolution, labor and employment law and state and local governing sections of the American Bar Association. In addition to his professional commitments, Mr. Cox enjoys participating in his local community. He serves as member of the Board of Directors of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, as a soccer coach for the Council Bluffs Soccer Club, and a Boy Scouts adult leader.

Michael F. Bonaguro graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. He worked at American National Bank as a credit analyst while attending the John Marshall Law School. While attending law school, Mr. Bonaguro also worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Monica Reynolds in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Upon graduation, Mr. Bonaguro worked for the law firm of Fraterrigo, Best & Beranek. While with the firm, Mr. Bonaguro participated in a variety of cases including excessive force, personal injury, and liability claims. Mr. Bonaguro went on to work as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the criminal division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. As an assistant, Mr. Bonaguro wrote over 50 appellate court briefs and argued many before the Appellate Court of Cook County. Mr. Bonaguro prosecuted over 60 criminal trials that included bench and jury trials. Before joining Leinenweber Baroni & Daffada LLC, Mr. Bonaguro began a law practice focusing on civil litigation, real estate, probate, divorce, and criminal matters. Additionally, he sat on the Business Conduct Committee at the CME/CBOT for 4 years. As a panelist, Bonaguro presided over many cases involving CME and CBOT rule violations. His role included making dispositions on complex trading cases that involved CME, CBOT, and CFTC rule violations. These decisions were made at various procedural levels including evidentiary hearings, settlement agreements, and probable cause hearings. Mr. Bonaguro maintains a strong dedication to assisting clients in the futures and commodities industry through regulatory and compliance practice. Throughout his practice of law, Mr. Bonaguro has been active in litigation before State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Mr. Bonaguro has successfully litigated in these courts and devotes his practice to empowering his clients.

Darryl A. Goldberg is an aggressive criminal defense lawyer who represents those accused of the most serious criminal offenses in both federal and state courts. Based in Chicago, he regularly travels to other state and federal district and appellate courts to represent his clients, often in high profile cases. In the course of his criminal defense practice, his clients have included professional athletes, celebrities, doctors, lawyers, accountants, and law enforcement officers. His relentless efforts as a trial lawyer have resulted in jury verdicts acquitting his clients of everything from first-degree murder to large scale drug conspiracy charges. He chairs many committees for the American and Chicago Bar Associations, including the Criminal Law and Criminal Trial Evidence Committees.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah’s clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah and Nevada State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and the District of Utah.

My practice is in a medium-sized Oregon town but my firm handles cases all over the state of Oregon regarding various types of litigation, in both Federal and State courts. We also frequently associate with out-of-state law firms. We know all of the ins and outs of litigating in this state and our firm has been a fixture in Southern Oregon for over 50 years and is well known throughout the state. We also handle appeals in all courts. I also do various types of transactional work, including estates and estate planning. Emmanuel E. Edem is a partner in the Oklahoma City law firm of Norman & Edem, PLLC. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University. He is listed in “Best Lawyers in America”. Mr. Edem has been listed as an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” every year since the inception of the ranking. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court. He serves on the Oklahoma Supreme Court Standing Committee on Uniform Jury Instructions. He was named an Oklahoma Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Edem is a sustaining member of the American Association For Justice (formerly known as the Association Of Trial Lawyers Of America) and has served as a faculty member at the National College of Advocacy and the Ultimate Trial College at Harvard Law School. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a past president of the Civil Justice Foundation and a trustee of the Roscoe Pound Foundation. In 1998, Mr. Edem was one of the few lawyers in the United States selected to participate in the American Bar Association’s Presidential Showcase Program, the “The Trial of the Century-The Sinking of the Titanic,” which took place at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Edem’s practice is limited to serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, products liability, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation. Mr. Edem is also involved, on a national basis, in cases arising out of the subprime mortgage crisis, and the securitization of mortgage loans by the financial industry.

Greg has been a partner at Hurley Toevs Styles Hamblin & Panter PA since 2008. He was formerly a partner of the trust and estate litigation firm of Popejoy & MacKenzie PC. Greg is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to practice before the New Mexico courts in 1993 and has been working as a litigation lawyer since that time. Since 1997, Greg has devoted virtually all of his practice to representing clients in probate, estate and trust litigation. This includes representing clients who are contesting or defending the validity of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents and those who are involved in litigation over the administration of estates and trusts. His cases frequently involve allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and the construction of controlling instruments such as wills and trusts. Greg also frequently handles litigation in contested complex guardianships and conservatorships. He has served as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults involved in those types of proceedings. Greg has received his certificate (2005) from the UNM School of Law mediation course and has served as a mediator in cases involving contested trusts, probates, and difficult guardianships and conservatorships. Greg is the chair of the Trust and Estate Division of the Real Property and Trust Section of the New Mexico State Bar and the Chair-Elect of that Section for the 2018 year. Greg has been recognized as AV-Rated by Martindale and was elected a fellow to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2010. He is an active member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee of that College. Greg has been recognized as Best Lawyer of the Year (2017, 2018, and 2019) by Best Lawyers.
