John J. Schrot, Jr.’s legal career has predominantly focused on family law. He also has extensive experience in contract negotiations, commercial transactions, employment law, real estate, insurance, construction, securities, corporate law, arbitration, and other intricate personal and contractual relationships. Mr. Schrot received the prestigious Top 10 Attorney Award from both the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (NAFLA) and American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (AIOFLA), recognizing him as one of the Top 10 family law attorneys in Michigan. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, and has been past chair of the Board of Directors of the Birmingham YMCA and the City of Birmingham Ethics Board and Advisory Parking Committee. He was the recipient of the Federal Bar Foundation Edward Rakow Scholarship Award at the Detroit College of Law in 1976, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Detroit College of Law Review. He also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harold H. Bobier, Judge of the U.S. District Court in Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Tom has handled cases all over Colorado, from trials in the Denver Metro area (Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Boulder, Lakewood, Littleton, Thorton and Broomfield) to the mountains. He is currently the managing member of the firm. In addition to his background in personal injury law, he has developed a strong employee benefit practice which focuses on long term disability, short term disability, medical (and other insurance benefits), and ERISA cases (the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974). He has helped hundreds of Colorado workers obtain needed insurance benefits.

Mr. Levy has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Levy also graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in Marketing. Mr. Levy is married and the father of two daughters. His community activities include serving as a founding board member of the Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that helps fulfill dreams” of children who have life-threatening illnesses. Since its foundation in 1985, the Dream Connection has fulfilled the dreams of hundreds of children in East Tennessee. Mr. Levy has previously served as president and treasurer of the Dream Connection. He currently serves as a co-treasurer. He also has served two terms as president of Fox Den Country Club. He is a member of the Farragut Rotary Club and a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. For many years, Mr. Levy served as the chairman of the Rotary Foundation Committee for his local club. Mr. Levy has been a licensed pilot since 1976 and has handled several aviation litigation cases. Mr. Levy has served as a volunteer ombudsman for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). In that role, Mr. Levy assisted Guard and Reserve members to ensure that they were treated fairly by their employers when their military obligations interfered with their civil employment. In order to become an ombudsman, it is necessary for an attorney to attend classes sponsored by the National Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While in law school, Kevin clerked for a large regional defense firm in eastern Kentucky, where he gained valuable experience concerning the judicial system. Following law school, and after passing the Bar Examination in 2014, Kevin began his legal career as an associate attorney at the same defense firm he had previously clerked for. Kevin handled cases involving a wide array of subject areas including, but not limited to, governmental defense, sovereign and qualified immunity, medical malpractice defense. Additionally, Kevin represented numerous boards of education during his time in eastern Kentucky. In 2018, Kevin returned to the private sector and accepted an associate attorney position with a large, regional law firm. In this role, Kevin exclusively represented individuals and families who had been victims of nursing home neglect or medical malpractice. Kevin personally handled hundreds of cases and was pleased to deliver justice for the victims and their families. David M. Estes concentrates his practice in class action, product liability, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the New Jersey Appellate Division. He also served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Jerome Simandle of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and judicial intern to the Honorable Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
