From a young age, Mr. McCubbin was driven to practice law by a desire to advocate on behalf of victims and fight for their right to recover from harms they have suffered. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1977, where he was on the law review staff and a member of the national moot court competition team. Jerrold E.
