Jerome Ramsaran is an experienced litigator and personal injury lawyer. He has had the pleasure to represent and protect the legal rights of clients throughout the state of Florida with a focus in personal injury litigation, premises liability actions, and property damage claims. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the law school’s moot court team. Jerome is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Having graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, I bring a distinctive background that includes a joint-degree in Women’s Studies and Economics from Hunter College. My internship experiences in both civil and criminal courts across New York City have earned me a Gold Level Public Service Award for my dedication to excellence in Public Service. Specifically, at the Nassau County District Attorney’s office, I collaborated closely with the Special Victims Bureau, supporting attorneys in trial preparation for cases involving violent sexual offenders and vulnerable sex abuse victims. Having devoted thousands of hours to pro bono legal assistance, my commitment lies in my passion for the law and ensuring you receive the representation you deserve. I take pride in treating my clients with the respect and dignity every individual deserves, recognizing our shared humanity. Since entering the legal profession, my primary focus has been Personal Injury Law and Criminal Defense Law. In 2023, I opened Silver Law Group and built a team of experienced veteran litigators to ensure that my clients get the best representation possible. I’ve spent most of my life living in Ohio and Indiana. I grew up in Ohio and moved to Indiana to finish school, including Law School at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a business analyst for over five years in the student loan industry. I represent clients throughout the state of Ohio and Indiana in the following areas: Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Disability, and Immigration.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

C. Randy Emory was born and raised in the small, rural town of Wilson NC. Throughout his childhood, Mr. Emory displayed many leadership qualities. In High School, Randy was President of the Student Body, also finding time to excel and letter in three sports. Ultimately, Mr. Emory decided to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his collegiate studies. While there, he continued his involvement in student government, serving on a multitude of committees. Randy also mentored children in the Big Brother Big Sister Program. He is a very proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. After graduating from UNC in 1985, Mr. Emory enrolled in law school at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. While in his studies, he also interned with State Farm Insurance company. There he was able to really grasp how Insurance Companies handled their many claims that they received on a daily basis. After completing Law School, Randy worked in the claims department at State Farm Insurance for three years. While there, he handled over three thousand auto claims, gaining valuable knowledge. In 1991, Mr. Emory was able to transfer that knowledge to an established personal injury firm in Charlotte where he worked for ten years. In 2001, Randy started the Emory Law Firm, and it has been successfully operating ever since. He has handled over 16,000 auto claims during his career. Randy remains a very active member in his community, having served as Vice Chairman of the Citizen Review Board for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. He also has taken the responsibility of helping at risk youth in his area. Mr. Emory is also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. He currently resides with his wife Tammy and two boys.​

Jason McLaurin is a founding member of McLaurin Law. He has over a decade of experience representing clients at trial, arbitration, and mediation in matters concerning insurance policyholder recovery disputes, complex commercial litigation, and catastrophic personal injury claims. He also represents businesses as outside general counsel for clients in a variety of industries including construction, oil and gas, maritime, technology, and professional services. He is licensed and handles matters in both Texas and Louisiana.
