We are a small and highly focused law firm operating in Clark County Nevada. Our Managing Attorney, Tim Treffinger is a former prosecutor with the Storey County District Attorney's Office, and the Nevada Attorney General's Office. Mr. Treffinger prides himself on working with individuals to meet their legal needs at a reasonable fee, with payment plans available depending on qualification, and works to provide options for those who seek representation. In 2022 Mr. Treffinger was the Republican Nominee for Clark County District Attorney receiving votes from both Democrats and Independents (along with his Republican party votes), and totaling nearly 300,000 votes in support of his campaign.

W. Brian Jones opened WB Jones law office soon after completion of the Texas Bar Exam. Mr. Jones believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues with a primary focus on Personal Injury, Family Law and Business Organizations. Since then, Mr. Jones has represented clients in State and Federal legal issues. After retiring from the US Army in 2009, Mr. Farmer, never one to rest on his laurels, decided to pursue a second career as an advocate. Earning his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies under the GI Bill at the University of Maryland, Mr. Farmer went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School in 2013, becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2015. While his military career took him all over the world, Mr. Farmer grew up in Texas, and when the time came to decide where to begin his legal career, he settled close to his roots, starting a practice in Lawton, OK, and eventually expanding to an additional office in Oklahoma City, where he currently lives. Since that time, Mr. Farmer has been defending the rights of those who find themselves at a disadvantage when faced with legal issues. ​Working in the federal court system, Mr. Farmer is admitted to practice and represents clients in the federal courts of the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Evan Christopher Vargas specializes in all aspects of criminal defense. He was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from the University Of West Los Angeles with a Juris Doctorate in 2003, and passed the California Bar exam in 2004. He has an extensive background in logistics operations management, and D.O.T./FMCSA compliance. Therefore, he understands the difficulties that commercial drivers, and those who need to drive to make a living, experience when charged with a DUI violation. Alex De Castroverde is a Las Vegas personal injury attorney and the owner of De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers along with his brother, Orlando. Their father, Waldo De Castroverde, was born in Havana, Cuba, and was a paratrooper in the Bay of Pigs invasion. Waldo moved to Reno, Nevada, in 1978, along with his wife Vivian De Castroverde (also born in Cuba) and their four children. After attending law school at night—while he dealt blackjack during the day—Waldo became one of the first attorneys in Nevada to open a law office with the focus of representing the Hispanic Community. In 2005, De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers was formed as a branch of the Law Office of Waldo De Castroverde. los Wall is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the George Mason University School of Law. Carlos has extensive experience in Virginia courts including representation of clients before the Virginia Supreme Court. During his 17 years of trial experience has represented more than 3000 individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses. In addition to representing clients from throughout Northern Virginia, Carlos is one of the few attorneys in the area who has been chosen to represent police officers by the Police Benevolent Association. In that capacity, Carlos has represented numerous police officers in various criminal investigations as well as active criminal cases throughout Northern Virginia. Carlos’s effective representation of people in the community, as well as local police officers, has given him the respect of the local prosecutor’s offices and the local bench.
