Constantine has wide-ranging litigation experience, with expertise in securities, crypto asset, international, and class action litigation. Over the past fourteen years, he has represented litigants in some of the most notable fraud-based disputes in United States history. As a former judicial clerk to Judge William P. Dimitrouleas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Constantine assisted the Judge in adjudicating over 100 civil cases. Before founding Dynamis, Constantine was a partner in an elite litigation boutique and also worked with large national firms in New York and Florida on numerous matters involving securities, international, and class action litigation. He represented the Securities Investor Protection Corporation as part of the team that recovered over $11 billion on behalf of the victims of Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme. Attorney Michelle Reyes, Esq. earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. She is licensed in the State of Florida, the Federal Middle District of Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Federal District of Puerto Rico. She is also an approved FINRA arbitrator. She has more than 15 years of experience in legal areas including immigration, criminal defense, family law, contracts, policy, compliance and regulations. She currently mainly practices immigration law in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Being a licensed attorney is Atty. Reyes' second career. Before law school, she worked as a Vice President in a Fortune 500 company within the financial sector in its global vendor compliance department where she was responsible for contract review and management, regulatory compliance policies, and vendor management for 7 years before she decided to attend law school. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal, the President of the International Law Society, and the Secretary of the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA). Emily opened a solo law practice in Las Vegas in 2003 with the primary focus of family law. A. Antonio Tomas is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Tomas's practice focuses on two main areas: Tax Law and Criminal Law. During law school, he interned with the Miami-Dade state attorney's office and was an editor for the Inter-American Law Review. Micheal Busby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Association of Debtor’s Attorneys and is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Field Artillery Cannoner from 1989 to 1993. Mike also served in the National Guard from 1993 to 1997 in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Mr. Busby received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2002. Mr. Busby is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law fraternity and authored an international law legal article in a law journal published by South Texas College of Law. Mr. Busby has been faithfully married for 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Viktoria and Hannah Busby and father of Willam Maximus “Billy Max” Busby.

Sarbdeep Atwal studied Finance and Risk Management at the California State University of Sacramento. His undergraduate educational pursuits were always in conjunction with the managing of the family farming business. By means of these practical and real world business experiences he became interested in acquiring a legal degree. Initially, his aim was to generate a competent understanding of the law to help promote efficient and aggressive business practices within the family business. This desire became broader in scope as he matured; he embraced the passion he'd always had when it came to helping others and the realization of the value inherent in providing legal awareness and insight to those with specific legal needs. Sarbdeep's growing interests in law and real life experiences led him to pursue his Juris Doctorate at Trinity Law School; the California Campus and satellite location of Trinity International University (Deerfield IL). Trinity Law School Is located in the heart of Orange County, California. During the course of his studies in law, he had the unique opportunity of partaking in a study abroad program in the beautiful city of Strasbourg; the capital and principal city of the Alsace region in eastern France. During this time abroad, he actively explored International Human Rights Law within the United Nations collective of Eastern Countries; starting from Africa and stretching all the way to South America. He invested time in understanding the cultural impunities that helped form certain types of Human Rights legislation (immortalized in treaties and protocols forming international law) such as the Geneva Convention, which are universally enforced today. He also had the unique opportunity to take part in proceedings within the European Union. Such exposure aided in gaining a universal understanding of Human Rights and broadening his cultural and legal experience. The end result is that it has developed his passion, which in a practical evolution had come to embody issues surrounding Immigration Law and Criminal Law and the multitude of legal obstacles arising from their practice and enforcement. He was admitted to the California Bar in June 2010. Developing a passion for Criminal Law began as far back as the first days of Law School. When given the opportunity to work in a Criminal Defense firm, he wholeheartedly accepted.
