Mr. Morris has been practicing law since 1994 and is a diverse individual with many interests. Unlike other attorneys, Mr. Morris was working on an advanced degree in an unrelated field when he had a calling to become an attorney and he instantly switched from his science-based studies to law. Mr. Morris has owned a retail store, has written computer software and has been on the Board of several non-profit corporations, including the SPCA of Northern Nevada. After graduating from law school, Mr. Morris based his practice on "righting wrongs" and started a heavy practice in civil rights and employment law such as wrongful terminations, disability discrimination, medical leave issues, personal injury and medical facility injuries. His law practice philosophy led him to a specialized area of Tribal and Indian Law where he has represented many Tribes and their members. He was eventually asked to be a judge for the Appellate Court for the Nevada Tribes and he served as a justice for this Inter-Tribal Court of Appeals of Nevada. He has worked as both a plaintiff’s attorney in private practice as well as being General Counsel, Employment Counsel, and Senior Employment Counsel for large national and international corporations including the World’s largest equipment rental company. Mr. Morris has received published decisions in both Federal and State Courts and he is currently licensed in all Nevada Courts including the Nevada Supreme Court, Nevada Federal Courts, Federal Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and multiple Indian and Tribal Courts. He has lived in both Reno and Las Vegas and provides services to all of Nevada including its rural towns. Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Jim Lindell has specialized in civil litigation during his entire career and is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Lindell has been voted a Super Lawyer® in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation in annual polls of Minnesota lawyers conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls/St. Paul magazine. Jim was invited to membership in the American Society of Legal Advocates, and in 2012 was named Attorney of the Year by The Minnesota Lawyer. He practices in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jim is a native of Litchfield, Minnesota. Contributing to his effectiveness in his practice is his broad scope of work experience, including: United States Army, 1st Lt. 1966-1969 Management positions in federal and state government Staff aide to the governor of Minnesota Construction Firefighting (smoke jumping) for the U.S. Forest Service Life-long interest in flying, private pilot license since 1985. Erika Gebhardt practices exclusively family law and estate planning. Erika began her career in family law when she worked as an extern at the firm during the summer after her first year of law school (2010). After realizing her passion for this area, Erika continued by serving at the firm as a law clerk in the summer following her second year of law school (2011). Erika has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, and was a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of St. Ives. Erika has worked as a judicial intern in a courtroom with a domestic and civil docket. She also interned for Denver District Court Judge Robert McGahey, Jr., of the Second Judicial District, where she was able to gain valuable experience in motions practice and courtroom procedure. After graduating from law school, Erika worked at a local law firm practicing family law. Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, Erika is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the CBA Young Lawyers Division. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Erika moved to Colorado in 2005. Erika enjoys volunteering and supporting her community through Metro Volunteer Lawyers and local events.

Of Counsel Attorney – Justin Linn is a South Florida Native, currently located in New York City with his wife and two kids. Mr. Linn is licensed in both Florida and New York. Justin Linn has extensive experience with accident cases occurring in New York, but where the injured person lives in Florida. Mr. Linn attended the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude in the top 1% of his class. Next, Mr. Linn graduated from Law School at Nova Southeastern University ranked three out of over 300 students. While at Nova, Mr. Linn received the high grade award in 6 different classes, and was a member of Law Review and the Trial Team. Mr. Linn recently graduated with honors from Fordham University in New York City with a Masters in International Law. Mr. Linn is formerly with the United States Security & Exchange Commission (SEC), where he worked in the Trial Unit on the single largest financial fraud case in the world. “My passion to get you the result you need pushes me to outwork and out-think the opposition.”

Daniel was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas, and he holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, from the University of Texas at El Paso. Daniel holds a double certification in Healthcare Compliance and as a Compliance and Ethics Professional. Daniel manages the Law Office of Daniel R. Crumby, LLC, where he focuses on complex litigation and business law including white-collar defense; defense of corporate, and individual clients in state and federal courts around the country; medical malpractice; nursing home and elder abuse; healthcare compliance and investigations; personal injury, and criminal law. Prior to starting his practice, Daniel worked at a mid-sized law firm in Atlanta, and he specialized in criminal and civil healthcare-related white-collar cases, medical malpractice, healthcare compliance, internal investigations, and defending insurance companies and their insurers in complex cases, including lawsuits filed against skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Immediately prior to working at a civil defense firm, Daniel defended the United States and its agencies in federal and state courts, and he served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Georgia and the Western District of Texas. As a federal prosecutor, Daniel directed and prosecuted numerous cases including healthcare fraud, bank fraud, procurement fraud, mortgage fraud, wire fraud, theft of government funds, drugs and alien smuggling, child exploitation, human and sex trafficking, and other criminal violations. In 2014, Daniel received a Commendation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Director, James B. Comey. Daniel previously served in the United States Army as military police and as a Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) officer in a variety of assignments before resigning his commission as a Captain. The Army twice awarded Daniel the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, and the Fort Bliss Ambassador Award, among others, for his military service. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Western District of Texas.

Joseph C. Miller is a lawyer, but is a husband and father first. Joe is married to the most wonderful woman in the world. In fact, his wife, Shelly, works with him as the office receptionist and legal assistant. They have five beautiful and intelligent daughters, ages 21 to 15. They love to do things as a family, especially hiking, rollerblading, camping, and boating. His hobbies include reading, working around the house, snowboarding, waterskiing, and spending time with his wife and kids. They love movies and music and all things creative and artistic. Joe is an Idaho native, born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and raised in Boise. He attended Boise State University where he and Shelly met. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Boise State and was inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society. In 2003, he enrolled at the University of Idaho College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2006. In law school, he was on the Mock Trial Team for two years and was awarded the title of Best Advocate in spring, 2006. He was elected President of Board of Student Advocates and the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity in the spring of 2005. Joe has over eighteen years of experience in the legal field. Having spent the majority of his life in Boise, he is dedicated to helping the Boise community. He is also fluent in Spanish and has helped dozens of Latino clients with a variety of legal issues and is committed to helping the local Hispanic community. Joe is an experienced litigation attorney in the fields of criminal defense and personal injury. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience and has won several victories for his clients. He is licensed in both the Idaho State and Federal District courts and has represented clients in nearly all of the counties in southwest Idaho, as well as in Bannock and Caribou Counties in southeast Idaho. Joe has been an active member of both the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) and the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (IdACDL) since opening his practice in 2006. In the fall of 2008, he accepted an invitation to serve as a member of the Publications Committee of ITLA, and published case law summaries in numerous editions of the ITLA Journal. In the fall of 2009, he accepted an invitation to serve on the ITLA Board of Directors as co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Section. In early 2010, Joe was selected to join a Rotary International Group Study Exchange Team from Idaho District 5400. He participated in a 30-day cultural and peace exchange to southern Brazil where he toured several local Rotary service projects, made presentations on Idaho Rotary service projects, and became conversational in Portuguese. Joe has twice been invited to present a criminal case update at the annual Fourth District Bar Association Spring Case Review. Joe is an Eagle Scout and an active member of his LDS ward.
