Kendra L. Bunn is a Jacksonville, Florida-based immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Offices of Kendra L. Rammy G. Barbari brings significant professional experience in the legal, international business, and government sectors to Price Benowitz. He is barred in Virginia and D.C., as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Rammy most recently served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Fairfax County, Virginia, where he managed all facets of criminal prosecution from indictment to trial – and tried dozens of jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. During his time as a prosecutor, Rammy handled a vast array of complex financial cases, and he uses that experience to help his clients obtain the best possible results in their matters. Rammy is a proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Rammy worked as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Justice Steven H. David of the Indiana Supreme Court. Following law school, Rammy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Claude M. Hilton at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Before attending law school, Rammy worked in a business development capacity and led the proposals department for an international private security firm based in the United Arab Emirates. Founder and Injury Attorney of Maniscalco, Law, P.C. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved with his family to Lancaster, South Carolina in 1974. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, wherein he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science with a minor in Philosophy in 1985. In 1983, the University of South Carolina Political Science College awarded him the Ambassador Scholarship for his academic achievement in Political Science. As a recipient of the Ambassador Scholarship, he was selected to represent the University of South Carolina at the University of Kent at Canterbury, England during the academic year of 1983 through 1984 where he obtained an equivalent of magna cum laude ranking amongst his British counterparts. At the University of Kent, he received praise for his work ethic that resulted in the discovery of political ideas and arguments that brought out his "best combative mode," making him an "excellent value in seminars — a lesson to his British contemporaries whom he and ebulliently dominated." In 1984, he also received special recognition for his outstanding scholastic achievement at the University of South Carolina from Phi Alpha Theta, the International History Honor Society, and also from the Golden Key International Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctorate at St. John's University School of Law in 1988. He began his legal career in Atlanta, Georgia in 1989 as an associate attorney representing personal injury plaintiffs, workers' compensation claimants, and plaintiffs against insurance companies for insurance policy breach of contract claims. In 1991, after the trial of an insurance policy breach of contract claim in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, he was offered a position as an associate attorney by the counsel for the opposing party at that trial. He eventually accepted that offer and became an associate attorney for that insurance defense law firm where he represented insurance companies in first-party insurance contract litigation and subrogation litigation for recovery of property and casualty losses. He became a member of the subrogation department at that law firm, where he represented the interest of insurance companies against product manufacturers, product distributors, contractors and subcontractors for property damage losses, which included national civil litigation in United States Federal Courts where he was admitted pro hac vitae in those jurisdictions. His subrogation litigation included claims against product manufacturers and distributors of defective and dangerous products and claims against general contractors and subcontractors for defective and dangerous construction. In 1993, he opened his law practice devoting his practice primarily to the representation of injured workers and personal injury victims. His experience in representing the interests of insurance companies has proven to be invaluable with respect to the representation of workers' compensation claimants and personal injury plaintiffs and has allowed him to broaden his practice to claims against building contractors for negligent construction and insurance companies for breach of insurance policy contracts. He witnessed firsthand the institutionalized policy of many insurance companies to delay, deny and underpay claims made by their own insureds. His experience in working for the "other side" has reaffirmed what he had believed since he made the decision to become a lawyer: that the interest of the rich and powerful must be met with tenacious and committed representation on behalf of the average American. Mrs. Buchko is an associate attorney with Robes Law Group, PLLC and is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals. Mrs. Buchko has been involved in the legal field since graduating high school working her way through different aspects of the practice of law. Mrs. Buchko completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University with a degree in International Business and a minor in Business Law. During her undergraduate studies Mrs. Buchko gained leadership skills by holding positions of President and Vice President of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Mrs. Buchko pursued her passion of law by obtaining her Juris Doctor at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova University where she graduated cum laude. Miguel Abraham Elias is an aggressive litigation attorney with strong leadership, vast trial experience, and excellent negotiation skills. Born in Puerto Rico and half Cuban, Miguel is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. Miguel left Puerto Rico when he was fifteen years old to study at Monteverde High School near Orlando, Florida. He then attended Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating in May of 1994 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a concentration in Management and Marketing. He went on to pursue a law degree at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in Common Law with Civil Certificate in May of 1997. In 1998, Miguel received his license from the Louisiana Supreme Court and began his practice as an associate at the Law Office of Neville G. Orrett, where he had previously worked as a paralegal. Joseph Perea, is a graduate of Florida International University and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. He has been a member of the Florida bar since 2007. Joseph attended Miami-Dade public schools and grew up in Miami. Before college, Joseph served active duty in the infantry in the United States Marines for four years, receiving an honorable discharge. It was his experience in the Marines that taught him discipline and dedication. At FIU, he studied Journalism and Mass Communication for which he received a bachelor’s degree. Later, he worked in writing centers and taught English at Miami-Dade College and Barry University. A short time later he attended law school in Fort Lauderdale. Attorney Jason G. Miller brings over 15 years of criminal law experience to Alpert Schreyer Criminal Defense Attorneys. As a former assistant state’s attorney for Anne Arundel County, he has handled every type of criminal defense matter, from DUI and traffic-related matters to homicide. Having tried hundreds of criminal bench trials and dozens of criminal jury trials, Mr. Miller’s vast experience positions him well to challenge prosecutors at every facet of a trial. He began his legal career at the State’s Attorney’s Office and rose through the ranks from law clerk to Chief of the District Court. Mr. Miller spent time handling DUI’s and criminal misdemeanors, burglaries, violent crimes, and sexual offenses. ​Andrew A. Iacobelli is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Michigan, Texas and the Province of Ontario. Andrew is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal Courts, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew obtained his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Michigan State University, and was the recipient of a merit scholarship. While attending law school, Andrew was a publications manager and editor with the Michigan State University Journal of International Law, and was also a member of the Michigan State Moot Court and Advocacy Board. Andrew commenced his professional career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gerald Lostracco at the 35th Circuit Court of Michigan, and then joined a preeminent medical malpractice insurance defense firm in North Palm Beach, Florida. In this capacity, Andrew obtained experience in complex litigation defending physicians and hospitals. Andrew expanded on this experience by joining one of the largest and most distinguished law firms in the State of Florida at their West Palm Beach office. Andrew litigated with a nationally recognized trial practice involved in the representation of primarily insurance companies, medical providers and large corporations in the defense of claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith.
