Craig Eiland grew up in a farming and ranching family in west Texas and is an accomplished and respected trial lawyer, who has represented clients throughout the U.S. -- as well as internationally. In addition, he has over 20 years of experience in the Texas House of Representatives. During his tenure as an elected official, he served as Chairman of the Pensions and Investments Committee and Vice Chairman of the Insurance and Juvenile Justice and Family Issues Committees. He was also a member of the Business and Industry; Appropriations; and State, Federal and International Relations Committees. As a personal injury advocate, Mr. Eiland has represented clients injured while working offshore or in the petrochemical industry, traveling in a car or truck, or from ingesting a defective drug. He is dedicated to his clients and is not intimidated by the large Fortune 500 companies that he holds accountable for their negligence. He can represent you as a sole practitioner or partner with a law firm that needs a successful trial litigator. In his practice of civil and commercial litigation, Craig Eiland also handles cases that involve maritime and admiralty issues, breach of fiduciary duty and insurance claim disputes. While he prepares all of his cases for trial, he also handles cases in arbitration to resolve all types of legal matters.

Brook is deeply committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for affected individuals while driving structural improvements in organizational data protection, making him a key contributor to the firm’s data privacy and cybersecurity practice.

Kenneth (“Ken”) V. Mundy is a partner with the law firm of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. For undergraduate school, Ken graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013. Thereafter, Ken graduated summa cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law in 2016, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Originally from New Jersey, Ken moved to Naples, Florida, with his parents and sister in 1997. Ken continues to happily reside in Naples with his wife, Taylor, his son, Dallas and daughter, Sophie. Ken is a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™) focusing on family and marital law, including but not limited to complex divorces, child custody disputes, child support and alimony issues, relocation, paternity actions, and domestic violence proceedings. Ken is committed to protecting, educating, and guiding each client through the difficult and challenging processes associated with family law matters. In every case, Ken ensures his clients are placed in a position to make decisions in the best interest of themselves and their families while also maintaining their dignity and self-respect. He has experience with employment tax issues such as worker classification and the trust fund recovery penalty. Prior to founding Pontius Tax Law, PLLC, Mr. Pontius practiced for five years at Maryland tax controversy law firms in Rockville, Annapolis, and Bethesda. Mr. Pontius has two years’ experience in the international corporate tax group at KPMG in Tysons Corner, Virginia where he researched and analyzed a wide range of complex tax matters in the areas of compliance, provision, planning, and restructuring. At the accounting firm, Mr. Pontius worked with a broad range of U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients doing business as corporations and partnerships in the communications, financial services, and defense contractor industries.
