Corey MacDonald is the founder of MacDonald Law, PC, and Black Lion Services, PLLC. MacDonald began his law practice in 2005 and is admitted to the bars of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Colorado, and the 1st Circuit Federal District Court. MacDonald Law is a New Hampshire based litigation practice focusing on all aspects of family law from divorce to post-divorce and parenting disputes. The firm also provides representation in select criminal defense matters at the state level. With over 27 years of law and law enforcement and prosecutorial experience, Attorney MacDonald has put together a team of professionals who are considered among the top in the state at representing their clients. Prior to practicing law full-time, MacDonald ran his practice part-time while serving for over 18 years in law enforcement. He spent most of his law enforcement career as a detective rising to the position of Chief of Detectives for the City of Portsmouth and then Deputy Chief of Police. He also served as the City Prosecutor for three years trying hundreds of cases throughout the District Court. MacDonald was appointed by Attorney General Eric Holder's administration as the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Commander for the State of New Hampshire. MacDonald received an honorable early retirement as the Deputy Chief of Police to run his growing law practice on a full-time basis. Corey MacDonald was named one of NH's Top Forty Under 40 in 2011; as well as NH's Young Professional of the Year in 2014; and one of Seacoastonline.com's “Top 10 to Watch” young professionals. MacDonald serves on the New Hampshire Association for Justice Board of Directors and co-chairs the family law section. In addition he serves on various non-profit boards throughout the seacoast focusing on wilderness preservation, youth at risk and the arts.

Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. He works with each of the attorneys and staff to develop individualized strategies for success that are tailored to each client's goals. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Carol was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in Dallas and Mesquite. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Methodist University, attended the SMU summer program for English at University College, Oxford, England, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law. She has over 30 years of experience working in courts and international law firms in downtown Dallas. She now brings that big city experience to Historic Downtown Royse City for the convenience of the client, a more personal practice of law, and without the big city price. She is proud to be a member of the State Bar College of Law based on excellence in continuing education for Texas attorneys.

Michelle Mordue Helms is a distinguished DUI/DWI, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Family Law attorney who routinely handles cases throughout Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas. Matt Maerowitz grew up in Arizona and went to high school at Brophy. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Boston College and later graduated from law school at the University of Arizona. Matt Maerowitz is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on DUI, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. Matt has successfully represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials over the past eight years. Jeffrey M. Bloom was born in New York, NY. He moved to New Jersey as a young child and has lived in northern New Jersey for over fourty (40) years. Mr. Bloom received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Emory University in 1985. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1988 where he served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Mr. Bloom is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America and various other federal courts. Jeffrey Bloom is a second generation attorney. His father, Irwin Bloom, graduated New York University Law School and practiced in New York City for over forty (40) years, primarily representing defendants and insurance companies. As a young man, Jeffrey Bloom realized that he did not want to represent corporations, but that he wanted to dedicate his career to defending the rights of individuals, including people crippled in horrible accidents or families torn apart by divorce. Darren VanPuymbrouck is a trial lawyer with an active nationwide trial practice.
