Kenneth Psota graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA, and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Psota worked as a congressional intern and was a newspaper reporter for several papers in Bergen County, NJ. While at Widener, Kenneth Psota served as a Senior Staff member of the Widener Law Review and was published on several occasions. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Psota has worked for litigation firms in Bergen County and Cape May County.

Renee M. Finch is a Partner in Messner Reeves’ Las Vegas Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Finch’s career began as a manager overseeing claims professionals at a major insurance company. While excelling in that position, Ms. Finch also graduated in the top 20% of her class from The William S. Boyd School of Law, then put her career experience to work in the Las Vegas litigation arena. Ms. Finch’s practice is devoted largely to defending corporations, insurers and their insureds, in high-exposure cases in which claimed medical expenses and other alleged damages total in the millions. To date, she has tried 15 such cases to verdict, obtaining in each of them either complete defense verdicts or verdicts lower than the plaintiffs’ lowest settlement demand. Her practice also includes prosecuting civil actions involving insurance fraud and conspiracy among litigants and care providers. Representative clients include Massage Envy, J&B Trucking, State Farm, Allstate and Liberty Mutual. Ms. Finch also specializes in representing new and small business owners in structuring their businesses and ensuring compliance with local and state laws and risk management standards.

Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. He works with each of the attorneys and staff to develop individualized strategies for success that are tailored to each client's goals. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Brooke Dana Youngwirth, Esq. represents both employees and private and public sector employers before state and federal agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and defends private and public employers against employment harassment and discrimination, labor violations, and various other federal and state claims. Brooke also counsels individuals, school districts, police departments, and other private employers on a range of topics such as wrongful termination, student disciplinary matters, employment discrimination, and the implementation of employment policies and handbooks. Mrs. Youngwirth has held client training sessions and continuing legal education seminars on various issues including: employment discrimination and harassment prevention, institutional sexual abuse, discrimination and harassment investigations, electronic discovery and dispositive motions. Lance’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, arbitration, and complex litigation, with a special emphasis on crypto assets, securities fraud, antitrust, and commercial contracts. As a former assistant federal public defender in Puerto Rico and along the U.S.-Mexico border, Lance managed over 100 felony cases at a time, in addition to working on several appeals. This built on his federal district court clerkship with the Honorable Judge Andrew Carter, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. Before joining Dynamis, Lance ran large-scale complex, global litigation, arbitration and investigations at two prominent law firms in New York. He has significant expertise representing multinational corporations across banking, healthcare and telecommunications industries in internal and regulatory investigations involving the FCPA and other anti-corruption laws, sanctions, and racketeering and misrepresentation claims. He has an extensive background working with national regulatory bodies such as the DOJ, SEC, OFAC, and CFTC, as well local and state authorities, and even worked in-house at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange). In New York, for example, Lance oversaw cases involving well-known securities fraud claims valued at $203 million for Morgan Stanley, as well as a related DOJ investigation that resulted in a $2.6 billion settlement. Lance is completing both the MBA and Graduate Diploma in Compliance programs at the Pontifical Catholic University in Santiago, Chile and brings a critical global business lens and client-side perspective to every matter he handles. He regularly advises multinational companies and startups in Latin America on a range of legal and strategy topics related to compliance, risk mitigation and data privacy. He is a fluent Spanish speaker with a working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and has a deep understanding of Latin America legal practice and cross-border work, due to his professional experience in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Puerto Rico and working with clients in the UK, China and India.
