Randy uses his extensive litigation experience to represent clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation matters. He has served as lead counsel prosecuting or defending multi-million dollar claims relating to anti-trust, bad faith, insurance coverage, real estate, contract, fraud, and personal injury allegations.

For more than forty years, Steve has zealously advocated for the rights of the injured against many of the largest and well-funded corporations in the United States and abroad, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients and class members. Steve primarily practices in the areas of class action litigation, multidistrict litigation, and other complex litigation brought on behalf of plaintiffs. As a testament to not only his legal acumen but also his ability to work cooperatively with others, he is routinely appointed by state and federal courts to positions of leadership in class actions and multi-district litigation. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Steve is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education credit in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, primarily on the subject of ethics and class action litigation. An avid sailor, Steve spends what little free time he has competing in regattas around the globe.

Joshua P. Weiss is a devoted criminal defense attorney based in Chattanooga and managing member at Abbott, Weiss, & Faith, PLLC. With over 14 years of practice, he brings zealous advocacy, responsiveness, and a deep dedication to protecting clients across Tennessee and Georgia. Craig Provorny is Managing Director of Herold Law. His practice focuses on counseling clients in employment-related matters, representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in business and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, environmental cost recovery actions, plaintiff insurance recovery, and general commercial litigation. Craig has appeared in both state and federal courts, including the trial, appellate, and New Jersey Supreme Court and has numerous published opinions.

Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Ken was named a top lawyer by Louisville Magazine in the areas of Business Law, Construction Law and Environmental Law. Ken, his wife Sharon, and their four children are lifelong residents of Louisville, Kentucky.

My family instilled in me a strong work ethic and dedication to achievement. I competed in academic debate while attending Western Kentucky University. As the captain of the debate team I led the team from a national ranking of #165 to #4 in only two years. In Law School I competed in moot court and national negotiation competitions where again we achieved national recognition, placing eighth in the nation in moot court competition. I commit that same dedication to the work I perform for my clients. Since 1995, I have assisted people across the state of Kentucky and throughout the United States who have been injured and need guidance because of a variety of unfortunate circumstances. I have had the privilege to represent individuals and families, injured or killed due to dangerous products such as farm implements, coal mining machinery, elevators and firearms. I have litigated medical malpractice cases involving dental extractions, gallbladder removal, diabetic management, orthopedic surgery and emergency treatment and diagnosis of post surgical complications. I have represented clients suffering from chemical exposures including anhydrous ammonia and coal dust. I have concluded cases involving pharmaceutical mistakes involving errors with prescription medications, infusions, vaccination injury and intravenous administration. Finally, I have tried, mediated and settled hundreds of cases resulting from trucking wrecks, bus wrecks and car wrecks. The list below contains some of my career highlights. Most of Koenig’s clients reside in the cities of Moline, East Moline, Milan and Taylor Ridge, and throughout Rock Island County, Henry County, Mercer County, Knox County, Whiteside County, Carroll County and Bureau County.

Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.
