Jenifer Placzek was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997 with a degree in journalism. In 2001, she graduated from Boston College Law School. She practiced at a large law firm in Los Angeles after graduating from law school. In 2005, she moved back to Springfield to practice law with her father and partner, Mathew W. Placzek. A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Theresa Kellington graduated from San Diego State University in 1989 with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Theresa continued on to the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 1992, passing the CA State Bar exam the first time. Upon graduation from law school, Theresa joined a law firm in California, where she opened a civil litigation department and worked for 3 years. After the birth of her daughter in 1995, Theresa moved back to Bismarck to be closer to her family. Soon after, Theresa began working with Pearce Durick and American Legal Services. In 2012, Theresa joined Dan Oster, and together they established Kellington & Oster, P.C. Theresa loves family involved cases, business planning, and estate planning. She states, “Working with family law can be stressful, but I love to feel like I’m doing something right.” As a pro bono attorney of the year in North Dakota, Theresa hopes to become a Judge in the future.

In 2017 Kelly Simon became associated with Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. After graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1997, she received her Associate Degree from Okaloosa Walton Community College and then her Bachelor Degree from University of West Florida. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 and immediately took a position with the State Attorney’s Office in Pensacola. After working as an Assistant State Attorney for three years, she went on to represent children on behalf of the State of Florida at the Department of Children and Families. After almost 10 years practicing dependency litigation, she has joined the firm of Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. Kelly’s practice at Aaron B. Wentz, P.A. includes personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation. When Kelly is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Dean R. LeBoeuf is the Senior Partner at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A.. He focuses his practice on complicated civil litigation involving personal injury and all wrongful death matters, including accidents involving negligent motor vehicle drivers, medical malpractice cases, and nursing home abuse/neglect cases. He graduated in 1978 with honors from Florida State University with a political science degree and minors in accounting and economics. Mr. LeBoeuf then graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1981 and went on to enter private practice with the law firm of Brooks, Callahan, and Phillips before becoming the cofounder and Managing Partner of Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, & Hobbs P.A. in 1987. He directed the operation and growth of the firm until 2023. Throughout his legal career Mr. LeBoeuf has had the honor of receiving recognitions for his dedication to justice. Their daughter Nicole is also executive director of Christians Against Trafficking (CAT), that has the same mission. When they are not working, Dean and Carolyn like to travel and go to the beach with their two adult children and three grandchildren.
