Attorney Deutch is engaged in the general practice of law, specializing in real estate, computers and commercial matters, with a special emphasis on litigation relating thereto. With an undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1968), Attorney Deutch also has a strong background in finance and business. Combining his Accounting, Legal and Computer backgrounds, Mr. Deutch served as General Counsel/C.F.O for Innovative Software, Inc. from 1977 through 2000 (during that time Innovative grew from a local Milwaukee business to a multinational firm with offices/dealerships in 22 countries). Mr. Deutch also had served in a similar C.F.O capacity for Web Emporium, LLC, an e-commerce enabling firm primarily located in Phoenix , Arizona. Mr. Deutch has also been a 1/3 partner in Pulver Technologies, Inc which was sold to Amazon.com (see www.pulvertech.com). Mr. Deutch also advises and currently represents many Real Estate Brokers, Purchasers, Sellers, Developers and Builders as well as being Corporate Counsel for the Multiple Listing Services

Jon graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1999. Jon returned to West Virginia and worked briefly with the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney's Office before joining the Huntington, West Virginia law firm of Offutt, Fisher & Nord as an associate in October, 1999. As an associate, partner, and member at Offutt, Fisher & Nord Jon successfully oversaw Three Hundred litigation cases. Nearly all of the cases involved the defense of automobile insureds, trucking insureds, trucking companies, physicians, and healthcare organizations in lawsuits alleging malpractice. In 2008 Jon was selected as a 'rising star' by Super Lawyers. In November, 2009 Jon left Offutt Nord, PLLC to begin his own firm in Barboursville, West Virginia specializing in personal injury litigation. During his career Jon has successfully taken 36 cases to trial. Jon has successfully tried cases in West Virginia Magistrate Courts, Family Courts, Circuit Courts, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Additionally, Jon has successfully tried cases in Kentucky District and Circuit Courts as well as Tennessee Family Court. In May, 2010 Jon joined his former law partner, Scott Andrews, and established Hoover Andrews in Barboursville. Jon represents injured persons in the areas of auto accidents, products liability, and premises and workplace liability accidents. Jon is licensed in both West Virginia and Kentucky and is noted for his aggressive oversight of cases. Jon is married to the former Stephanie Thomas, and they have two beautiful children, Brighton Pamela and Rhett Christopher. The Hoover family enjoys numerous outdoor activities while at the beach and in the West Virginia mountains.

During law school, Mr. Chayet's grandmother, Letty Milstein, was the principle party in one of the most controversial and public elder law cases in the state of Colorado. The Estate of Milstein v. Ayers, 955 P.2d 78 (Colo. App. 1998), is a landmark probate case which upholds and protects the right to counsel and due process of incapacitated adults in Colorado and has been codified into the Colorado Uniform Protective Proceedings Act (the guardianship and conservatorship laws). This experience was the impetus for Mr. Chayet's career long practice commitment to the field of elder law and probate litigation. Mr. Chayet is the past Chairman of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the recipient of Colorado Super Lawyers 2011 Rising Star in Elder Law. Mr. Chayet's expertise in the area of elder law has also been demonstrated through his publishing in the areas of elder law as well as many public speaking appearances throughout Colorado.Mr. Chayet is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Colorado Bar Association where fellow Colorado attorneys nominated Mr. Chayet to be a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Mr. Chayet, born and raised in Denver, Colorado, is continuing in the footsteps of his family in assisting the philanthropic and civic community of Colorado, by serving on the board of many not-for-profit organizations including the Total Long Term Care Foundation, Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, Colorado Citizens for Accountability, Allied Jewish Apartments, Jewish Senior Recreation Network, the Foundation For Hope and the Life Source Services Hospice.

Before John earned his law degree from the University of Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Iowa. Mr. Miller focuses on employment and business litigation, bankruptcies, as well as small business formations and startups. After graduating, Mr. Miller worked with a prominent, national law firm in the tech and finance industry during the Tech Venture Capital and IPO boom. After the tech crash in the early 2000’s, Mr. Miller shifted his focus into business, employment, and real estate litigation. Additionally, he gained jury trial experience working as a prosecutor with the City Attorney’s Office and as the Fresno Police Department’s legal advisor. Mr. Miller continued doing trial work with the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office as a criminal white collar and financial crimes prosecutor and as a private criminal defense attorney.

Ms. Natalie Mirzayan takes a compassionate approach to the practice of law and is known for her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs and goals. She graduated with honors, cum laude, from the University of California Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics.
