Mr. Dubow has been practicing law since 1981. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Over the last thirty years, Alan has focused his practice as a litigator in the practice areas of Matrimonial Law, Domestic Relations, Family Court, Complex Commercial and Real Estate matters as well as transactional Business Law. He has appeared extensively and conducted trials in the Supreme Courts in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland Counties as well as the Supreme Courts in New York City as well as the Federal District Courts. In addition to his litigation trial practice at the Supreme Court level, Alan has practiced extensively in the Appellate Courts of the State of New York. Mr. Dubow is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.

Amy Sklar has practiced with several well-respected law firms and independently on Long Island. She has over 30 years of legal experience focusing on Matrimonial and Family Law. She also has provided her clients with her expertise in Real Estate Law, both in connection with a pending divorce matter or otherwise. Ms. Sklar has successfully negotiated pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements as well as stipulations of settlement. Her practice includes litigation in the Family Court, Supreme Court and Appellate Courts of New York. She has tried numerous divorce and annulment cases, custody hearings, domestic violence hearings, support hearings, and related issues both pre- and post-judgment. Her practice includes litigation in the Family Court, Supreme Court and Appellate Courts of New York. Ms. Sklar is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Some of her more notable cases have been covered by the New York Law Journal and various other periodicals.

Darryl L. Wynn has been practicing law in New York State since 1988 and has worked in a number of settings, including private firms, government, public authorities and a nonprofit organization. He has had his own law firm since 1992, which is located in the Wall Street-Financial District area of New York City. He has served as Counsel to The Gilman Group, an international strategic alliance consulting and government affairs advocacy firm headed by former U.S. Congressman Benjamin Gilman and based in Washington, DC, since 2006. Darryl Wynn’s practice area is concentrated in U.S. immigration and nationality law, including the defense of removal proceedings in criminal and political asylum related cases, litigation of immigration cases in Federal Court and complex business immigration matters. He is a senior member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association New York Chapter and has been an advisor on immigration law matters to a number of universities and organizations. He has represented a number of hotel and hospitality companies as well as manufacturers and Other employers, as well as artists and scientists of international reknown. He has lectured on Immigration law throughout the United States as well as internationally. Attorney Wynn received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy at Princeton University and his Juris Doctor Degree from the City University of New York Law School. He has also studied in the L.L.M in Taxation Program at New York University. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New York. Prior to his concentration in immigration law, Darryl Wynn practiced in real estate transactional, financing and cooperative/ condominium litigation matters. He was an associate at Fischbein Badillo Wagner as well as at Smollens & Guralnick, and was Special Counsel for Project Development at the New York City Housing Authority. He has also been a member of the American Bar Association, the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists, and had been the Young Leadership Chairman of the American Jewish Committee New York Chapter.

Debra Wabnik is a partner at Stagg Wabnik Law Group. She represents clients in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as federal courts in Connecticut. She also represents clients in administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York State Education Department. Debra has handled numerous appellate matters before the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. Her practice areas include general litigation, labor and employment and banking and credit card litigation. She achieved an "AV" Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, has been named a New York Metro Super Lawyer since 2013, and was voted the 2014 Top Legal Eagle in Employment Law for Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Debra is a graduate of Hofstra University of Law, where she was a member of the Labor Law Journal and Editor of the Entertainment Law Digest. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where she graduated with honors.

Steven Felsenfeld, Esq., the sole member of Felsenfeld Legal, PLLC, has been admitted to the NYS Bar since 1996 and is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He maintains membership in the American Bar Association and its section on Labor & Employment Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. An excellent legal researcher, writer, and orator; as appellate counsel, he has briefed and argued on many occasions and engaged in a broad array of litigation, not limited to commercial as well as Labor and Employment law, including civil rights and sexual harassment claims. He has represented numerous clients in arbitration and mediation and is qualified as a neutral in arbitration and mediation having sat on dozens of such matters. Experiences in Labor and Employment include his research, guidance, and appearances before the EEOC, SDHR, and with regard to UI, WC, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, NLRA, ERISA, FLSA, and OSHA, and ADR; as well as planning and participating in Union Negotiations. His strong business background includes six years of experience in cost and management accounting.

Mr. Minotti received his Bachelors Degree from Pace University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1998. Upon graduation, Tom was a member of the firm Minotti & Iaia, LLP in White Plains, New York primarily practicing in the area of Federal Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. In 2009, Tom opened the Law Offices of Thomas J. Minotti, P.C., with offices currently in the Hudson Valley and Saratoga Regions of New York. Mr. Minotti is licensed to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Minotti is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association. Tom is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, mortgage modifications and civil litigation. Peter A. Romero has practiced exclusively in the area of employment law for 16 years. Mr. Romero regularly represents both employers and employees in workplace litigation, including trial and appellate practice, administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and New York State Division of Human Rights. He is highly experienced in complex litigation, including collective and class action lawsuits.

Karl joined the Firm in 2004. He has published articles and has given numerous ICLE lectures in his short tenure. His areas of expertise include Creditor/Debtor's Rights, Bankruptcy, Guardianships, Foreclosure Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate/Real Property and out of court workouts. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of debtor/creditor's rights, both in the New Jersey State and Federal Courts. In addition to prosecuting foreclosure cases for both private as well institutional lenders, he has also handled many contested foreclosures for Debtors, which often results in loan modifications and/or forbearance agreements and Deeds in Lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Norgaard effectively and efficiently resolves disputes between the parties with a common sense approach of analyzing the client's legal exposure and rights while always seeking to find an amicable resolution as soon as possible in an effort to curtail needless litigation.
