Brett Reynolds has over twenty-eight years of trial experience representing companies and individuals in litigation throughout central and south Texas. He is the President of Brett Reynolds & Associates, P.C. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation including the aggressive representation of clients in transportation and trucking litigation, products liability, auto and premises liability, life, health and accident, property insurance, toxic torts, and oil field accident litigation. Mr. Reynolds holds the highest peer-review rating (AV) as compiled by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation and is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He participates in the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, San Antonio Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Texas Bar Foundation, as well as the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. He was born in San Antonio and raised in New Braunfels, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southwest Texas State University with honors in 1982, followed by a law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1985. While in law school, he was awarded a position as an Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal. Mr. Reynolds has tried a variety of complex civil cases before juries in central and south Texas. Before forming Brett Reynolds & Associates in 2011, he was the President of Blakeley & Reynolds, P.C., and a shareholder for eight years at Ball & Weed, P.C., preceded by associate positions there and at the former Groce, Locke & Hebdon, P.C. in San Antonio. His expertise includes post-accident investigations of both first party and third party claims and disputes. He has represented clients in hundreds of successful mediations as well, both during and before litigation.

Michael R. Cramer’s practice includes extensive experience in business law, civil and commercial litigation, employment law, corporate law, construction law, real estate, civil defense and estate planning. Attorney Cramer has more than 20 years of practice, Michael developed a statewide practice focused on litigation. His cases range from breach of contract to construction delay claims against the State of Texas. He also works with Family Law and Divorce cases. His business litigation practice includes the representation of corporations of all sizes. Michael has considerable experience in assisting corporations to avoid litigation through consultancy and risk avoidance. For more than forty years, Steve has zealously advocated for the rights of the injured against many of the largest and well-funded corporations in the United States and abroad, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients and class members. Steve primarily practices in the areas of class action litigation, multidistrict litigation, and other complex litigation brought on behalf of plaintiffs. As a testament to not only his legal acumen but also his ability to work cooperatively with others, he is routinely appointed by state and federal courts to positions of leadership in class actions and multi-district litigation. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Steve is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education credit in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, primarily on the subject of ethics and class action litigation. An avid sailor, Steve spends what little free time he has competing in regattas around the globe.

Ted is the founder and owner of Colquett Law. After spending more than two decades at prominent insurance defense law firms, he opened CLAW to provide industry-leading legal services to individuals and businesses with the flexibility and efficiency of a law firm dedicated to insurance claim, insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and accident and injury litigation. Ted has practiced insurance and personal injury law exclusively for his entire legal career. Constantine has wide-ranging litigation experience, with expertise in securities, crypto asset, international, and class action litigation. Over the past fourteen years, he has represented litigants in some of the most notable fraud-based disputes in United States history. As a former judicial clerk to Judge William P. Dimitrouleas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Constantine assisted the Judge in adjudicating over 100 civil cases. Before founding Dynamis, Constantine was a partner in an elite litigation boutique and also worked with large national firms in New York and Florida on numerous matters involving securities, international, and class action litigation. He represented the Securities Investor Protection Corporation as part of the team that recovered over $11 billion on behalf of the victims of Bernard Madoff’s Ponzi scheme. He also recovered funds on behalf of investors defrauded by failed blood-testing company Theranos, Inc. and its infamous founder, Elizabeth Holmes. Constantine currently represents an array of clients in complex domestic and international disputes involving crypto assets, securities, and commercial contracts. Additionally, Constantine recently became an arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. Mr. Levy has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Levy also graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in Marketing. Mr. Levy is married and the father of two daughters. His community activities include serving as a founding board member of the Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that helps fulfill dreams” of children who have life-threatening illnesses. Since its foundation in 1985, the Dream Connection has fulfilled the dreams of hundreds of children in East Tennessee. Mr. Levy has previously served as president and treasurer of the Dream Connection. He currently serves as a co-treasurer. He also has served two terms as president of Fox Den Country Club. He is a member of the Farragut Rotary Club and a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. For many years, Mr. Levy served as the chairman of the Rotary Foundation Committee for his local club. Mr. Levy has been a licensed pilot since 1976 and has handled several aviation litigation cases. Mr. Levy has served as a volunteer ombudsman for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). In that role, Mr. Levy assisted Guard and Reserve members to ensure that they were treated fairly by their employers when their military obligations interfered with their civil employment. In order to become an ombudsman, it is necessary for an attorney to attend classes sponsored by the National Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

John B. Flood represents clients in trials and adversarial proceedings, in matters involving non-competition and other restrictive covenants, and in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to starting Flood Law, John served as an active duty Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) officer, attaining the rank of Major. John then joined a national labor and employment firm, becoming a Shareholder.
