Attorney Pamela A. Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating as Valedictorian from high school in 1988 and as just 1 of 100 Oklahoma Academic All-Staters in the entire state, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he graduated with honors and a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one year later. After several years as a partner, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. which focuses on representing severely injured clients across Oklahoma as well as nationally in connection with his Mass Tort Practice. Noble is married to Rhonda McIntyre. They recently celebrated their 26th anniversary. They have 3 daughters: Mackenzie Hope, Cassidy Grace and Kennedy Faith. Ted has been with The Oshman Firm since 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device and Drug Product Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Commercial Disputes. Mr. Oshman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. Following in the footsteps of his older brother Matthew, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of multiple charitable foundations and religious not-for-profit organizations. He is active in sustainable business ventures throughout the country and in international markets. He also serves as Officer and Director of an educational, not-for-profit organization and supports organizations such as Greenpeace and the Alzheimer’s Association. When he isn’t in the New York office, Ted is often in court or has traveled to visit with a client of the firm. At home, Ted can often be found spending time with his wife and three kids participating in activities from spin cycling to fantasy football. He also enjoys basketball, hiking, and the opportunities to coach aspiring entrepreneurs and sharing his business acumen.

Kevin Fitzgerald was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and is proud of his Midwestern roots and work ethic. Although neither of his parents are attorneys, Kevin jokes that he was “raised” by plaintiffs’ lawyers. He first began working at a plaintiff’s injury law firm when he was fifteen years old and a sophomore in high school. For the ten years prior to attending law school, Kevin served as a litigation assistant at a national law practice where he worked closely with the firm’s trial team representing clients injured by asbestos-containing products. Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Minors in Geology and Geography from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Kevin attended the University of Maine School of Law where he graduated with honors. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ocean & Coastal Law Journal. Kevin was the recipient of the American Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in Land Use and Local Government Law, an outstanding scholastic achievement award in Environmental Law, and the Horace S. Libby Memorial Scholarship. In 2015, Kevin founded the Fitzgerald Law Group, LLC where he continues to concentrate his practice in representing men, women and children injured by medical devices, prescription drugs, over-the-counter products, asbestos, and in wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. Prior to founding the Fitzgerald Law Group, LLC, Kevin worked for another national mass tort law firm for fourteen years, serving as its managing attorney from 2008 to 2015. During his career, Kevin has played an integral role in developing, commencing and litigating significant injury cases from the initial case investigation stage through trial. He has taken or defended hundreds of depositions of plaintiffs, corporate employees, liability and causation experts, sales representatives and other key witnesses. He has helped identify experts in numerous disciplines and assisted in preparing their testimony for deposition and trial. He has also served as a member of the plaintiffs’ trial team in four national pharmaceutical drug cases, including Schedin v. Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al. in which the jury returned a $1.6 million verdict in favor of the plaintiff. When he is not working late, he enjoys cooking, hiking and fishing throughout the State of Maine, coaching youth athletics, and cheering on his favorite Cleveland sports’ teams.

I began practicing law in 1982, when I served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gilbert Bettman of the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County. In that position, I learned first- hand how the courts are run, how judges handle cases, and I worked closely with courthouse personnel. This experience helped me mesh law school training with the operation of the courts. With this background, I am able to educate and assist you in court proceedings. Following my clerkship, I went into private practice, first with a small firm and then in my own practice. I work hard to stay abreast of the current law and policies in my practice area and in the courts where I work. At least twice a year, I teach seminars to other attorneys on various topics in family law. I also served as an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, which teaches young lawyers how to try cases in court. These activities assure that I remain on the cutting edges to assist you in your case.
