Mr. Reeves is from Newnan, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Criminal Justice and Political Science. He then graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2010 after taking a year off to work at Hawkins, Parnell & Young, LLC in the Asbestos and Products Liability Litigation Divisions. Tracy began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. There he helped in establishing the Gang Intelligence Network as well as training prosecutors and law enforcement officers in investigating and prosecuting gang cases. Tracy was also the head of the Coweta Child Protocol that aided in the investigation and prosecution of allegations of child physical and sexual abuse. Tracy then moved to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office where he served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in both the Trial Line Division and the Sexual Exploitation and Crimes Against Children Unit. Joseph Donatiello was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and received his J.D. in 2009 from Rutgers School of Law in Newark. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Superior Court. ​ At the completion of his term as a judicial law clerk, Mr. Donatiello began a career in public service by working as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. During his time at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, Mr. Donatiello was assigned to the Criminal Court Bureau, where he gained invaluable experience with a variety of cases including Driving While Intoxicated, Assault, Harassment, Menacing, Driving While Suspended, Theft of Services, and Possession of Weapons and Drugs. He was responsible for prosecuting these cases from commencement through trial. ​ After leaving the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Donatiello returned to New Jersey and, in February 2014, he opened up his own firm in Nutley, New Jersey. Since then, Mr. Donatiello has frequently appeared in court representing defendants charged with criminal and traffic offenses in New Jersey Superior Court and Municipal Court, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Suspension Hearings, as well as in New York Supreme and Criminal Court. ​ The clients he represents have been charged with a variety of offenses including Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Driving While Intoxicated, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Assault, Shoplifting, Criminal Mischief, Theft by Deception, Speeding, Driving While Suspended, and many other motor vehicle offenses. ​ Mr. Donatiello is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. ​ In February 2022, Mr. Donatiello was appointed the Public Defender for the Township of Nutley.

Preston White is an attorney representing clients in criminal and family law cases in Olympia, Washington, and the surrounding counties. While serving as an Arabic translator in the United States Marine Corps, and the Utah Air National Guard, Preston earned degrees in Psychology and English at the University of Utah and then earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. With an original goal of becoming a prosecutor, Preston focused his studies on criminal law. It was as a law clerk in a small military criminal defense firm in Seattle that he began to see the injustices in the system, and the unlawful, unfair, and often arbitrary way laws are enforced. His experiences at that firm steered him away from working for the system, and toward fighting against it. It was there that he developed the motto, “defending the accused, and policing the police.” Following graduation, and the passing bar exam, Preston returned to Utah, where he opened a solo practice focused on criminal defense and family law in 2014. As his successes developed his confidence as an attorney, his losses sharpened and tempered both his skills and his resolve. As a result, he developed into a confident, and effective advocate, with the skills to pursue, and obtain excellent results both inside, and outside the courtroom. His knowledge, efforts, and abilities have resulted in a number of not-guilty verdicts in “unwinnable” cases, as well as dramatically reduces charges, and sentences in cases that resolved outside of trial. Greg spent 20 years in the military, both Army and Air Force, and retired as a captain in the reserves in 1999. He also served as a police officer in Texas for over 20 years, and holds a master peace officer certification. Greg, as a police officer, was a Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) Instructor, an Intoxilizer Operator, and a police academy instructor. He has an Associate's degree (in Liberal Arts) and a Bachelor's degree (in Political Science), the later earned while he was on active duty in the Air Force. After his law enforcement career was over, he attended Texas A&M Law School in Fort Worth and graduated in 2014. Greg has written for Fault Lines, an ABA Top 100 Legal Blawg, and occasionally contributes as a guest columnist to Simple Justice, an ABA Hall of Fame Legal Blawg. Greg clerked for Criminal District Judge Mollee Westfall.

Lawrence Thomas McPhail is a retired Troop Commander for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, having served for twenty-eight years. He also served proudly in the U.S. Army Reserve. McPhail attended North Carolina Central University as an undergraduate, majoring in Criminal Justice and graduating with summa cum laude honors in 2007. In 2011, he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law Evening Program and earned his Jurist Doctorate. Subsequently, he passed the North Carolina State Bar and received his law license. McPhail is trained and knowledgeable in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, Driving While Impaired Detection, Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST), and the Intox EC/IR II, an automated breath testing instrument used in North Carolina to detect and measure alcohol in a person’s breath. He has also received training in the operation of the Radar and Lidar instrument used for speed enforcement in North Carolina. Due to his training and his supervisory role over State Troopers he is aware of what to look for on traffic tickets and what is required for a law enforcement officer to conduct an investigatory traffic stop.

Catherine was raised in Northampton County, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University and later went to North Carolina Central School of Law to obtain her J.D.
