Jeffrey Costell is a practicing attorney in the state of California. He graduated from Georgetown University with his J.D. in 1980. He currently works for Costell & Cornelius, Law Corporation specializing in real estate law.

Mr. Schultz is an accomplished lawyer that has over twenty years of legal experience in accident & injury matters. He also specializes in various aspects of law including criminal, real estate and motor vehicle. In addition to his legal experience, he is active in several different associations including the Florida State Bar Association. Mr. Schultz graduated from the Stetson University School of Law with a J.D. degree in 1993 and admitted to the Florida state bar on May 6, 1994. Benjamin Hall, JD is an expert on accident & injury, criminal, real estate and motor vehicle law.

Ms. El Fadel is a Junior Partner with KS Attorneys at law and currently heads up our Firm’s business development, business structuring, business funding and commercial civil trial departments. As such, Ms. El Fadel is experienced in most all areas of commercial business development, commercial civil trial and appellate representation and is licensed to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of New Jersey. Ms. El Fadel’s educational accolades range from graduating summa cum laude from the Shepard Board Law School at Nova Southeastern University to serving as the past Notes and Comments Editor for the Nova Law Review, to serving as the Chairperson for Problem Research and Development committee for the law schools moot court program. Upon entering into the practice of law with our Firm, Ms. El Fadel quickly distinguished herself as a respected and tenacious trial advocate for our clients and most recently is noted for overturning a local government ordinance through her thorough and effective constitutional law representation of one of our Firm’s clients. David McKibbin is a Florida transactional business lawyer with over three decades of experience in equine, real estate, and business law. He is AV-Rated Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. David works diligently to implement creative solutions to complex problems. David is a member of the Florida Bar’s sections for Sports and Entertainment Law and Animal Law, where he serves on the Equine Law Committee. He has been a speaker, lecturer, and moderator at numerous equine seminars such as The Breeders' Cup Seminar at Gulfstream Park, the National Business Institute’s Equine Seminar, and the New Owner’s Seminar at Saratoga Race Course. He is a longtime member of the American Horse Council and the New York Breeders Association. David holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hofstra University.

David P. Slater has over 30 years of litigation and general practice experience and handles all accident cases from investigation through trial, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction and wrongful death. He is experienced in all real estate and landlord and tenant matters, collections, business practices and probate. He has been associated with various law firms throughout New York City for more than 20 years. He is now in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida, an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and a Special Magistrate to the Palm Beach County (Florida Department of Building, Zoning and Planning. He has written various legal articles that have been published in Florida newspapers. He taught business law at a local college and has lectured attorneys and business professionals in the area of landlord and tenant law. He is a former Traffic Court Hearing Officer, deputy chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, N.Y., and arbitrator with the Civil Court of the City of New York, Division of Small Claims, as well as the American Arbitration Association. Of Counsel and per diem associations with members of the Florida Bar are actively sought throughout the state.

Over the past 25 years, lawyer Richard Feinsilver has represented in excess of 6,000 clients in the prosecution of consumer and business bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, he has represented numerous individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property in New York. Rich has also been a lecturer and commentator on the topics of consumer bankruptcy and real estate law for the National Business Institute as well as a contributor to Fox Business News, the Wall Street Journal, and Newsday. Jefferson M. Allen works primarily on business litigation (including shareholder/partner disputes, business torts, and employee non-compete litigation), construction and real estate litigation (including negligent/defective construction and mold claims), and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen also has significant litigation experience involving consumer law issues and consumer protection statutes, including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Georgia Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Jeff has developed a broad and wide-ranging general commercial litigation practice representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as private arbitration and mediation, throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Emory Law School, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen also obtained a General Course degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.
